I wish I could Gv them a zero Almost two weeks ago my daughter applied picked up their equipment. IT never worked !!!!' We had an appointment. Nobody showed up or even called EVER !!!!' Waited from 1 pm to 545 PM. WE contacted Xfinity they said no service in this area. So struck came out her 4 days ago. Said they were installing a cable. And they would be in touch. That was FOUR days ago !! Today we received a BILL. For what. We have no service. Tuesday we are getting a REAL service. And taking their equipment that NEVER worked back. Be warned. I have been a customer of Xfinity for approx 20 years. In all that time, I can truthfully say that this has been the worst experience I have ever had from a service company. Why did I stay????? Good question. Besides the fact that they ruined my credit for about 2 years while I tried to fight the fact that they sent me to collections over an installation that I never authorized while I was still a paying customer. My latest encounter with Xfinity was over internet service. I was a customer who had previously paid for a full package of services they offer until my bill reached $300.00 per month. At that time, I elected to cancel all services with Xfinity except internet. For the last 2 years, I have been paying Xfinity $120.00 per month for internet service. I was sent a new internet gateway, which I was told would make my internet service much faster. I was never able to get the new gateway to work, so I tried using their internet help center. I spent about 4 hours with an Xfinity expert (who wasn't an expert) trying to get the new gateway service installed. Even though the expert wasn't able to get the new gateway service installed. I was immediately charged an additional $50.00 for the fast internet service, which was never installed. When I contacted Will (Xfinity Service representative), I was told that he would need to do more research in order to credit me the $50 I was overcharged. Will also informed me that since I was canceling their service, I wouldn't be able to receive the refund until I returned all equipment belonging to Xfinity. I have since contacted another service provider (AT&T) for Internet service and am happy to say that I will now be paying $50 per month. read more

I was going to return my internet equipment as comcast had jacked up my rates. Went to the store and walked around like a headless chicken for a few minutes before I was "signed in". I was shocked to see there was no ticket system like at the DMV. Waited 35 minutes before seeing the customer rep who was unable to get me a good deal but was polite and courteous and helpful in quickly cancelling my account. In fact all the staff were doing their best.Its just that they were overwhelmed by the amount of people who kept trickling in on busy Saturday morning. It wasnt really their fault . Their internet service is without fault (simply too expensive for me at this moment) and this store was well kept. My 90 year old mother went in for a simple question to get help with changing her phone number in her account. There were 3 particular men that were not interested in helping her and were very dismissive. They claimed they couldn't help her. She walked up to one of the men and tapped his arm to get his attention and he yelled at her to not touch him. She said she was sorry and just needed some help. He yelled at her to get out of the store and the other 2 men also yelled at her to leave. She was humiliated. I went in to discuss the situation and they were equally rude to me. DO NOT sign up for Xfinity mobile! This place is a joke. We came in for our internet bill and the manager, Tony convinced us to switch to their mobile service to save money. I was hesitant but trusted his word. He then proceeded to sell us a phone that was later verified as stolen. We went back to the store and explained to them what corporate had said. We were sold a new phone and told we would be refunded for the stolen one. We were never refunded and now the bill is showing an additional line I'm being charged for. The stolen one. There are also activation fees on the bill which the manager had told me were waived since we were new customers. I'm not on the phone getting the run around from corporate trying to fix this mess. Save yourself the hassle and do not switch! It is not worth it. read more

The manager at this store and the workers try and trap you into getting something you don't want and then lie to you about it. He told me to leave the store and not to come back because I told him what the truth was and they lied to me. Don't use this location. Nov 2024!! Made a call to headquarters with a complaint and they said they are looking into the matter with this manager and rep that didn't know what they are doing and yelled and cussed at me. I was able to get same day wifi for my new house by filling out the application online. I had this store nearby and I was able to select the option for store pick up for the modem(instead of mail which would have been about 3 days). Teng helped me and asked about what phone service I had(T-Mobile) he told me by bundling I could save money so it was something I thought about. I go home to set the modem up, through the app this was incredibly easy. 3 days later I make an appt to see Teng in store. All the gentlemen there are very helpful and offer their time. Teng was able to get me in and out in 45 mins. 2 new phones and switched service, saving me 40 a month off my previous providers bill. Sooo happy to be doing business here, painless and cost effective. Thank you Teng! read more

Their customer service rep. was helping me to save money and then didnt tell me i had to send a photo of my driver's license within 48 hours. They cancelled the order on Easter. This was a busy weekend and i dont always check my email right away unless I know something needs to be addressed right away. Now i call back this morning when i first see the email and now i cant get the same deal. I've been with Xfinity/Comcast for 20 years and this is how i get treated! Went in to the store to upgrade a phone on my account, when the rep asked which phone I wanted, I was told that some policy just started and they no longer do in store phone upgrades, only new lines of service could receive a device and I would have to order online. I called Xfinity customer service line and was assured by that representative that the policy was false. I went back in to the store and asked to see where this policy was listed, I was told I should have received an email. I was then told they were not a corporate store, simply an authorized retailer, and that's why they couldn't do the upgrade. I'm certain this was merely because the commission on an upgrade is not as much as a new activation and they didn't want to use phones in their inventory. My HOA pays for basic service, but don't try & speak with a real LIVE representative. Their "live chat is useless. I've had multiple problems, outages, one tv not working for 5 days. I tried to work with them for 4 more months and continually had my service turned off numerous times. Was told I had to pay my account in cash for 6 months. For the most part the rep that helped was very good no issues with them. The other employees here are excessively loud and the rep helping me had a hard time trying the hear the phone while getting me help. I have been a Comcast subscriber since 2005. After trying Dish and Direct TV, I found Xfinity to be the most reliable , courteous and professional TV and internet provider. I also have my landline and mobile phone service through Xfinity. I probably will be a Comcast Xfinity subscriber for as long as I need these services. The store on West Shaw has a knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have been so helpful with renewing my contract and exchanging equipment ie an updated remote control. read more

Been going back and forth with xfinity and apple for months with both refusing to replace the phone. Go to Riverpark store, they are on the up and up.
