    On time, very courteous, fixed the problem as well as cleaned up the mess of unnecessary cables behind the TV. I really appreciated that.

Last month he diagnosed a potential cause of a problem that I was having with my cable TV connection. He communicated this with Xfinity Tech Support, and they stated that there was an issue with the line coming into the house. Detailed notes on their conversation and findings were made, and a Xfinity Service appointment was made. Upon arrival of the Xfinity representative, he stated that he was not aware of the specific problem and did not see any notes from Tech Support related to the problem. He replaced my existing cable box with a new wireless version, and it worked for less than a day. I removed that box, went to Xfinity and got a new wired box. I contacted Manvir and Jacob at BWE asking for assistance to install the new box. Manvir came out the same day, set up the new box and diagnosed a potential splitter problem as the cause of the problems that I was experiencing. On a 100+ degree day he went into the attic, found the bad splitter and replaced it. He was absolutely correct in his original diagnosis and the new cable box immediately started working properly. Manvir then stayed and assisted me programming several APPS to work properly. I feel very fortunate to have found such a reliable company that has integrity and takes great pride in their performance assisting their customers. 10 STAR LOCAL BUSINESS

I paid $2,092.31 in good faith to hang my new $4,000 Sony OLEF and install a new Savant System. Unfortunately while he was hanging the TV he fractured the screen. He then left without leaving the savant system. He stared he would buy a replacement TV and then install the Savant system. It is July 11th, 2020 and the damage to the TV was on April 16, 2020. He has failed to return months of texts, emails, and phone calls. I had to purchase a new TV and have no Savant system. I trusted him and am now $6,082.31 in debt because of his total disregard for fixing his error and completing his contract. His behavior is beyond disappointing...

    I contracted with Omar Ayason to wire and install my AV system for a custom home we were building…read morehere in Fresno. When we began he was great and his quote for the project was very competitive including the AV equipment costs. He completed the wiring after the framing was complete. I also ordered and paid for some equipment that we was a local dealer distributor for. This was done in September 2018, the items were to arrive in 6-8 weeks but because of delays in construction we did not need them till January / February 2019. I reached out to Omar in the end of January and to date have been unable to contact him despite leaving voice mails, texts and emails. He has disappeared and I had to hire a different AV contractor to complete my home but worst of all I paid for equipment he never delivered and because of the timing I cannot get a refund from the credit card company ( they only give you 60 days to file a claim) I am out $5600.00. I now have to file a claim in small claims court. This was deeply disappointing and I leave you to draw you own conclusion about whether you should ever use this company to do any work for you. The only reason I gave 1 star is that you need to rate the company in order to post review but make no mistake this is a ZERO star rating
