Last month he diagnosed a potential cause of a problem that I was having with my cable TV connection. He communicated this with Xfinity Tech Support, and they stated that there was an issue with the line coming into the house. Detailed notes on their conversation and findings were made, and a Xfinity Service appointment was made. Upon arrival of the Xfinity representative, he stated that he was not aware of the specific problem and did not see any notes from Tech Support related to the problem. He replaced my existing cable box with a new wireless version, and it worked for less than a day. I removed that box, went to Xfinity and got a new wired box. I contacted Manvir and Jacob at BWE asking for assistance to install the new box. Manvir came out the same day, set up the new box and diagnosed a potential splitter problem as the cause of the problems that I was experiencing. On a 100+ degree day he went into the attic, found the bad splitter and replaced it. He was absolutely correct in his original diagnosis and the new cable box immediately started working properly.
