She asked for them to set up the ADT system in her home and they sold her another security system along the side of it that does not work and she does not know how to operate, or have a computer to get online to operate it, she is too old for this type of technology and the salesman should have known better or done better. They are totally irresponsible and unethical and a woman named Heather who won't give her last name from the company in Fresno CA just wants to argue over the phone and over talk. I recently moved into a new home which was contracted with LinkUs to provide smart home and electrical wiring and lights. My initial meeting with Megan who is probably the best experience you will have with this company. Everything afterwards falls flat with pathetic level of service starting with the techs , appointments and finally billing team. I had pre paid for tv installation and after waiting for two months , the wrong equipment was ordered and we had to reschedule for another couple of weeks, by that time I had ordered the materials needed for the install myself and when the techs showed up they used my equipment even though the price included the equipment. Prior to completion of the service, an extension cord was needed to finish the flush tv mount installation. The tech said he will pass by next day and he never came. After a few weeks I called and said the tech never came. They apologized and stated that they will send the tech back again. By that time I had purchased the cord and installed it myself. Soon after that the tech shows up and stated that everything looks good and nothing else needed to be done. He spent less than five minutes at my house for his supposed follow up visit that never happened. A month after, I receive an email asking me to pay for the second visit which included several hours of labor and a charge fee for the extension cord that I bought from Amazon and installed myself. When I called their billing team, I was unapologetically informed that there is a charge for the second visit. After I argued my case they grudgingly agreed to waive the extra charge they billed me and told me in the future they charge for additional visits even if it's due to missing installation parts from their side. Please be cautious with some of the shady practices I have encountered while dealing with this company, Never again ! Who the heck charges 600$ for a tv mount and charges you again for coming back to complete the original job. read more

They sent a tech to my house, who first and foremost was not wearing a mask or practicing safe distant, which is required at this time. The tech was very rude, condescending and belittling. After another tech said there was a clear line of site, this fella said there was none and then put me on the phone with someone who said they could not be coming out again and I should look for another carrier. I had that other carrier come out today and stated whoever told me there was no line of site was full of shit. Two people said there is a line of site, but this guy said NO. If you can find someone else to handle your needs, I strongly suggest you use them and not LINKUS. I am sorry I have to give them even one star. read more

How I understand they have only one installer, one day he was sick another day he didn't finish his job he was working on, another day scheduler out of office and so on. When I had internet problems, unfortunately a linkus tech came out. What should have taken thirty minutes took six hours, because he didn't know what he was doing! Most of the time he was in his truck or talking on the phone. Can you imagine positioning the dish and then not tightening the bolts?? To make things much worse, I missed two appointments while he spewed racist slurs and at the end insulted me! I reported the n ident to Dish, Hughsnet as well as Linkus. While everyone was shocked, linkus couldn't care less. In reaching their COO, he cared even less. I now have filed complaints with BBB and ADL, and if there is ever another option, I would use them. read more

I called up Linkus because they were the only people in town who would do a non-contract Dish Network package for me. I called up on Tuesday and spoke with a very nice lady and talked about prices, options, etc. I decided to go for it and set up an appointment for the following Saturday afternoon. She then gave me some good advice about dealing with Dish Network and some of the things they might try to pull to rope me in to a contract, which I found to be pretty useful advice. The day of my appointment came and I got a call asking if they could reschedule for the next day, to which I told them I couldn't be there the following day. They said that was fine and they would be out at the window they had given me, and sure enough they were. There was no canceling my appointment like the last person had happen to them. The installer was a young kid who seemed like he had just started out in the business, but he was friendly and we chatted a bit as he was installing everything. After some surveying the area around my house he installed the dish and ran a totally new cable to my bedroom, and then hooked everything up. All in all it was a pretty painless experience, and I would definitely use them again in the future should the need ever arise. read more

We had a new home built and paid in advance for the security system and monitoring service. We have lived in our home for 10 months and are beyond frustrated with our service. We regret paying in advance for three years of service with Linkus. We are considering canceling our monitoring service and switching providers and just be out the lost money. read more

Months ago I reached out to inquire about a WiFi booster. Initial point of contact is always friendly but not resourceful. Rep Nancy; late follow up, always in a meeting when I called and gave sent us a bill that was much higher than what she verbally quoted for the unit 2 days earlier. When we questioned her, she said the price went up. So you know, I called three times and explained my concerns as to the service I was getting from Nancy and specifically asked to speak with a manager. Two of those three times Nancy called and said she had a message that I called and the third time I NEVER got a call back from a manager. Seems to me, you really don't want feedback. read more

Built a home with Granville and they install all the alarm stuff n speakers!! Well of course mark up is about 300% after the home was built they came to give me a quote on my cameras, they wanted to quote me on my tvs to hang and everything else when I said NO, I could do that myself, and I already paid 200$ for a key fob and they put in my quote $50 lol prices on labor and cameras are marked up WAY HIGH I got quotes from to other places, def look at Fresno surveillance way cheaper!! Huge lack of communication with them as well, If I had a choice outside of Granville not making me choose them to go threw I would have Def recommend to look anywhere else besides linkus, even there Monerting rates are way high, check with Comcast, way cheaper and Not a 3yr commitment lol read more

I can not say much about the service, just a single phone call regarding their service. I contacted them though an 800 number I had received on a mailer. There were not any details describing their service so I decided to call. After a 2 minute wait (on a Sunday early afternoon), a gal answered. After my initial question of "Tell me about your service...", she quickly asked if I planned on using the internet for any gaming because of the lag this technology has. Since I do game a little, this was important to me so I decided not to use the service. I am pleased they brought up a potential issue at the beginning and did not try to sell me on something they knew would not work in my case. read more

They are a contract installer for dish network. I had an appointment with them to do an installation on a wednesday before thanksgiving. I waited at home ALL day, and then their dispatcher called at 4:00 and said that the tech didn't have the switch that would be needed, and that the next time they could come out was the following Monday. You would think that he would have left the warehouse with the right equipment? I asked her to send the tech anyway, that I would provide the switch, but she refused. She also refused to let me speak to a supervisor. It was pretty clear talking to them that their tech wanted to go home early or was running late, and they didn't want to keep the appointment. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They have such bad customer service! Not sure why Granville would ever subcontract with such a poor service company as this one. Took then almost 3 months from the day we moved in our house just to come out to go over the installment service with us. When they did finally came out they weren't thorough with any details of the security system that was installed. At the time we were also instated in getting TV entertainment system installed in our house. Their sells representative told us to give them a call anytime and they'll come out to do installment and give us a quote. Days later when we called, no one responded to our call. We even tried calling and leaving 4-5 messages and was told they'll have someone call us back but no one even called us back. They even refused to answer our calls after that.
