This experience was very disappointing. When it was my turn to talk to the receptionist I told her I was there to get my handicap parking placard the girl keep waiting on people behind me moving me aside by waving her hand and asking me to step back. Seems she didn't know how to make a paper copy of my Drs letter. Elder abuse at its finest. No respect at all. read more

I've been a Premier AAA member for over 30 years. 25 of those were in Northern CA, the last five have been in Southern CA. My now disabled 89-year-old mother doesn't drive but does have AAA homeowner's insurance for her home in Fresno. While visiting her in Fresno, we attempted to get a disabled person's placard at the Fresno Fig Garden Village AAA office, to be used by whomever is driving her around. However, after giving him our completed forms and my AAA card, Bill (who acted like he was not happy to being helping us) stated he couldn't help us because my membership is for Southern CA. Are you kidding me?? It is ridiculous and not at all customer service oriented to not assist us, considering we both have AAA products. It's tough enough getting her in and out of a car, and for his to just say "can't help you" after I got her there, is not good AAA customer service. I never really use my AAA membership, so after this incident, I think it's time cancel it. read more

We have been AAA members for over 50 years and have never been disappointed. This is a company that delivers what it promises. We have our car insurance with AAA as well as towing service. They are prompt will all service. My latest visit was to purchase my 2022 car tags. It took all of five minutes. Everything, from entering, to processing the transaction, went smoothly. AAA no longer allows you to write a check for DMV fees, so be prepared with a credit card, cash, or debit card. There is a transaction fee for using a credit card. This office is now located in Fig Garden Village, in the same wing as Whole Foods. Good parking, covered walkways, easy in and out. read more

Usually this office is wonderful. However, today, l watched a woman try to get her vehicle registered. She had her form in hand. The dmv clerk told her to come back in 2 weeks,it wasn't in the system yet. She asked for a handicapped license plate and was told the same thing. I'm going to assume he's new and hasn't trained for those 2 things. Sad really as she was elderly and 2 weeks is an inconvenience. read more

Back in the day you would have to spend HOURS at the DMV, but with my AAA membership it was a delight to know I didn't have to wait in line for hours. I came to this AAA as I was in the area and I needed to get a proof of insurance for my new car to give to my credit union, this was around March 2019. I went to this location as I was in the area. I came in right when they opened and informed them of my request. It was starting to get pack so I came in at the right time. Always being your AAA card and ID. Since my request was simple, I didn't have to wait like the other people who were instructed to sit down. The dude who was very kind, print out my form and I was done. So an easy overdue 5 star review. Each time I go to ANY AAA it is always a pleasant experience. The waits are usually short and the staff are incredibly nice. I LOVE the fact that you can pay your DMV fees at AAA instead of going to DMV! Overall, this location was very clean and quick. Definitely consistent with other locations. read more

Came on my lunch break entered at 12:56 and was told I was unable to pay my tags for my car that they were closing for lunch and wouldn't be back up until 2 PM that I needed to return. Yesterday I went to get tags for my vehicle. While in line outside an individual made an ugly display of ignorance, arrogance and lack of caring for anyone by demanding to be helped without having to wear a mask. A simple, easy, life saving, mask. Management handled the individual beautifully and refused to allow him inside without one. The most disturbing part of the story was the fact he had one with him all along and he was verbally assaulting another customer in line. Once he completed his business he came outside and again started verbally assaulting the same individual and even spit out his truck window at her. The wait time, and the attire and the attitude of the employees, at AAA office has noticeably degraded. The attire my wife and I observed was more like what people might wear to a drag race or a football game. When attire becomes less professional, behavior invariably follows. I told my wife that we might just as well have gone to the DMV office. read more

AMAZING customer service! I received a very warm greeting and after checking in I was offered water or coffee right away. There isn't much of a wait time typically 5-10 minutes which definitely beats the wait time at the DMV. For those that have memberships I'd definitely take advantage of their DMV services!! This place is very nice but when I had a problem with the business internally, they had me talk to a manager in the back and she was just as bad as the people were on the phone. She kept interrupting me and speaking to me in a condescending tone. I was very patient and didn't show her I was mad. I had enough with the AAA people on the phone. AAA has been the worst company to deal with this year! First of all they have been randomly crediting my account when I called and asked why they responded good driver discount and Covid related. Which is fine whatever. Then for the months following this I noticed my bill is gradually increasing as if I am not paying a portion of the bill. I called and I get the run around. I paid $434 total on a $120 monthly bill which they could not explain why. I paid this then asked what's my next months bill they were not able to give me that information! So I call this month and owe $572 again asking how is this possible unable to tell me any information. I finally decide to pay it I call I get transferred three times on hold for over 30 minutes. I have to hang up because I don't have the time. I call on my lunch break they again are unable to find me I. Their system I speak to Tracy at the fig garden location she has me on hold several times and tells me one thing and returns on n the phone staying I owe over $700! Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Canceled all accounts they are ridiculous. I have a 2012 car why would I be paying so much I have an absolute clean driving record. Do not use AAA - Tracy was not helpful at all. Couldn't even tell me what my reimbursement on canceling my membership would be. Awful company save yourself go elsewhere read more
