When you're in need of the best auto insurance around, AAA Clovis is simply the best place to go. My wife tends to be a tough customer, but the specialist was reassuring, and quite speedy in finding the best coverage for her. I feel confident and recommending them most highly! Five stars. read more

They take for freaking ever. 8+ people waiting and 1 person helping people for dmv items. There was a second but they had to go to lunch and the other was in a meeting. So we stacked in waiting room! Ridiculous Maybe they should make sure things are moving instead of having a meeting! Have dedicated line for people with more involved items versus folks like me that have a two - 3 minute transaction. Ridiculous read more

Fast and friendly service. Highly recommend this location who needs to get things done quickly.

Conner Weigant helped me out with getting my passport photos taken and was very friendly. The whole process was very pleasant and the service was excellent. I was in and out. read more

Absolute horrible experience waited in line for 20 minutes then come to find out because of the transition we were asking for the other people are not AAA members yet I am a member and my wife and entire family are were told they could not do it when I asked at the very front desk It was no problem. I will be canceling my membership and regret paying the last 15 years here never again. Absolutely a waste of time and then could not even answer a simple question in regards to the transaction I would have been better off at Dmv. read more

disappointing seemed to use any excuse to send me away. came back with the sheet that they requested which they then ignored. also grooming standards seem subpar Oscar needs to have professional finger nails. will not use this location again and will reconsider my 20 year membership. read more

I've been a AAA member for over 20 years, and I finally decided to share my exceptional experience with their towing service. Every interaction has been outstanding, whether it was for lockouts, battery checks, battery purchases, or flat tires. From the moment you call, the service is seamless--they send a text for easy information entry, and within 30 minutes to an hour, help arrives wherever you are. The membership is incredibly affordable and well worth it! read more

I prefer this branch vs. Shaw. I recently had DMV business and was handled well (once I was called). The representative even answered other DMV questions I had on another car insured with AAA. While I am not in the office but a few times a year, it would be nice to open up the coffee station again. read more

Went to this location and was disappointed. I had to wait an hour just to speak with an agent and they weren't even busy. I was the only one there who asked to speak with an agent for a quote. After waiting so long the agent I spoke with was Melissa Guerrero and she was just rude and very unpleasant to work with. I would not recommend this location or agent! read more

Great staff and convenient location. So nice to walk in and have comfortable seats while waiting to renew my vehicle's registration plus I had everything finished in less than 10 minutes. Definitely the best way to renew. read more

Excellent service! Went for passport photos, and was in and out in only a few minutes. It was easy and everyone was super friendly. Thank you! read more

I'm glad we have a branch that can help with so many different items other than just car insurance. They can help with your DMV items too which is great not having to stand for hours in the DMV. Thanks AAA read more

DMV has become such a joke. I would not recommend it to anyone anymore. It is so sad because this has been around for so long. They recently changed their program to where you could not have more than five people on your family plan no matter how much extra you paid every month. They told us all that we would all be able to still have the same plan premium as my mom has had for 30 years. We just had to get our own account. I was supposed to have till the 24th for this. I just went to reinstate my tag and they refuse to let me do that unless I pay $125 for a new plan and $85 for each of my kids which means they not only lied about promising us the same premium amount that my mother has paid into for 30 years but they also lied about the expiration date to top it off. The Manager came out and was probably the most unhelpful manager I've ever seen. I cannot believe that DMV has gone downhill. It really does make me sad because it seems like customer service has gone out the window, AAA was one of the last companies left that really cared about customer service and even they don't care anymore. Their charges are so high and I still sat on the side of the road two weeks ago waiting for a tow truck on the freeway broke down on the Grapevine for three hours and finally just had some good. Samaritan changed my spare tire so I can get to a tire station . AAA literally never showed up. I hope somebody else comes out with some sort of a company like AAA so that we can still have a good customer service back and access back to somebody protecting us more on the side of the road or being able to go to get your tax renewed without dealing with all too well wonderful DM lol read more

I was trying to tow my car because the tire popped out, the gentleman came in ten minutes to tow it and realized he could fix my tire. So he gave me some pointers and fixed my tire and saved me so much money. There was no need to tow my car at all. They appreciate my time and everything was done in 15 mins. read more

Hopefully I never ever have to go back to a DMV office, now that I'm a member here! Always a great experience. read more

Friday last I needed to register a vehicle that I had recently purchased. The people and services at this AAA branch are just awesome. So friendly, sincere and genuine in their assistance in DMV matters. It is such a drastic comparison to DMV that it makes you wonder how DMV could get so depressive and inefficient. read more

love this office so close to my house, quick and easy. only wish i have is please bring back our coffee and water.

Have been AAA member for over 30 years, vehicle, homeowner's, roadside & Life insurance. AAA site indicates they offer Notary Service. After calling & being transferred to different State, I decided to just drive to this office on Herndon. The young lady (greeter) ask what she could help me with. Asked for Notary services. Sorry Notary is not available today. Ask her if she would kindly call the Clovis office on Shaw Ave. No she couldn't do that. Asked her if she could give me their phone number. Sorry, she didn't have any other AAA office phone numbers! Seriously?? What is she doing sitting in front entry? Waste of salary! Worst service ever! Time for me to switch to Liberty Mutual. read more

Loved that the DMV portion was open on Saturday. Easy parking no wait and the lady helping me was friendly fast and efficient.

Went to DMV twice after work. Let's just say nothing but disappointment on both occasions never making it inside. Then it hit me that I could just go to AAA. From parking to finishing my transaction it took about 15 minutes. Will definitely go there for future transactions. read more

The DMV office located inside this AAA office is extremely convenient! We use it for renewing our registrations and get the new sticker immediately, plus there's no worry our check or sticker will be lost in the mail. The AAA staff as well as the DMV staff are super nice and friendly, kinda the opposite of the alternative So happy this service is available. read more

Clean and quick and friendly and offers water/tea/coffee while you wait. What else can I ask for? For everything I can skip the dmv and come here for, I do. They did my passport photo and car registration changes. read more

I went to AAA at the Clovis/Herndon branch to buy tickets for Legoland for my grandson for his birthday and received excellent service. Marci and Alicia went above and beyond their duties. They spent extra time figuring out how to print a Legoland flyer for me to use so I could frame and wrap as a birthday present for my grandson. Their extra efforts were appreciated! My grandson was thrilled with his gift! Thank you! read more

Fast, friendly service. Needed international drivers license and was easy and quick to do vs department of motor vehicles.

I went for DMV services. It was quick and easy. The person helping me was friendly. I tried the kiosk at Vons earlier and was out of service, but took nearly 10 mins to figure that out. Will not even waste my time in the future and will just go to AAA. Great service and nice to have a person to handle everything. read more

Terrible customer service from their life insurance agent. Said via email that she would be getting back with me within a day. Weeks later, still no communication. I went somewhere else where I got prompt customer service. read more

Did not exceed my expectations. In the last 40+ years that we've been utilizing AAA, they've always been excellent, and nothings changed.

The person I spoke to was named ezekiel I believe.. Horrible customer service. Talked to me like I was stupid and told me my insurance could not be ended or switched for an old car of mine unless it was sold. His customer made me want to cancel everything with triple a and never come back! 0 stars if I could read more
