Highly recommended! I had questions and they had all the answers! There's hardly any wait, and you can schedule your appointment online. Also, the lighting in their office is excellent, so don't bother going to the drugstore for your passport photos. The ones they take here will make you look beautiful! A rideshare will drop you in the middle of the block so the front door won't be visible. Just walk ALL the way to the corner on 24th St. The door is there, but it faces Nueces St.

So I had to wait a few minutes outside until they let me in. The San Antonio parking garage was available today for me to park. But I can imagine during the business week it is full as they stated on their website. I highly recommend you bring a check or money order if you don't use or have any checks prior to coming here. If you decide to have a money ensure it is for the exact amount. Check their website for documents to bring with whether it is for yourself or your child. I ensured, I had my previous expired passport, Social Security card, birth certifcate, and my Texas Drivers license. I chose the regular passport and ID card. They kept my previous passport as it was used for the verified documentation. So be expecting them keep whatever document for the processing if your application. They will mail your documents back along with your new passport. The staff here were all very friendly, informative, and resourceful with knowledge to make your experience here a delightful one. I highly recommend using this facility for your passport needs.

She was extremely helpful in getting us added benefits for booking through her including getting upgraded to the Penthouse, $250/day in resort credit, and a full-time butler at no additional charge. Those upgrades took our experience from great to Life-Altering. I only worry now that I might have just gone on the best trip of my lifetime. To say that I would encourage you to use Natalie and Travel Abundance to plan your next trip would be an understatement! Call her now!

Do NOT sign the contract, unless you want to do the work yourself!…read moreI hired Natalie to organize my wedding in Punta Cana, DR and I chose her over other travel agents because she sells herself very well. Many promises were made during the interview, most delivered with attitude and only after demanding them. Issues: 1. She's very nice and proactive when it comes to charge you for everything in advance, once you submit your payment you will barely hear from her and Natalie acts as she's being bothered every time you contact her. 2. My fiancé's best man emailed and called her way in advance and she never responded. Forcing him to make his own reservations. 3. When I asked her about our website and distributing this to our guests, she told me that I had to send it to all my guests. I then questioned her asking if that wasn't her job since she's the one getting paid for this and she had the nerve to call me "rude" when all I was asking her is to do her job and make money off my guests and myself. 4. On repeated occasions she told me that "I wasn't her only client", and you will receive this treatment from Natalie when you demand her to stick with what she promises. I truly believe being a TA is no longer her passion, you can tell she's no longer good at it. 5. I have had at least 5 families in my wedding party reporting that Natalie was rude to them when they asked questions and she was impatient with them. They had to make their own accommodations because of this without using Natalie, which let me to not have the minimum required number of guests (due to Natalie's incompetence and lack of empathy), the hotel was willing to work with me, after noticing how unhappy I was with Natalie as my travel agent. 6. Even my wedding coordinator noticed Natalie's lack of attention and coordination as her emails are disorganized. She forgets what information she was given and then asks you to find the information for her. Again, I ended up doing majority of her tasks. 7. She will promise an app to be delivered 2 weeks before departure. She breached her own contract and posted this app 2 days before departure with MANY mistakes that I had to point out for her to fix. 8. I tried to break the contract with her on a couple of occasions and after consulting with the hotel in the DR, I was going to punish my guests in order to get rid of Natalie, which in good faith, it's the only reason that prevented me from doing so. 9. I guarantee that you will have to triple check EVERYTHING that Natalie does because in every single task, there were mistakes. Wrong itineraries, wrong names, wrong dates, you name it. The purpose of this review is to avoid more people to go through what I went through. I wish I would have never gone under contract with TravelAbundance or with Natalie, don't make the same mistake I made! Go somewhere else.

Thank you Fair Trade for an amazing adventure!…read more Fair Trade Safaris put together another memorable safari experience for me, my husband, and our friends. We love the national parks we visited in Uganda and Tanzania. Seeing wildlife roam freely always makes my heart feel full. It is such an awe inspiring experience viewing such beauty in our world. The Fair Trade team made sure our travels went smoothly. We were greated in Kigali, Rwanda, and Arusha, Tanzania, by our drivers who took such good care of us. Our personal requests were always granted. I personally appreciated our drivers knowledge of the bird species that caught my eye during our travels. I would highly recommend Fair Trade Safaris. They have lived and worked in many of the countries they include in their safaris. They take great care in fostering a commitment to conservation. They seek to empower the local communities by including cultural experiences in the itinerary. Thank you Saurabh, Diana, and team, for taking such good care of us! Stephanie Seay

We travel often and like to plan our own trips, but when trying to figure out where to begin with…read morean African safari, we knew we would need expert advice. We were drawn to Fair Trade Safaris based on their commitment to African animal conservation and to the local communities. We chose Tanzania in order to see the Great Migration in June and July. Our family of four (two teenagers) first visited Tarangire National Park, a gem with beautiful baobab trees and animals left and right. Elephants were especially prolific. Next was the Ngorongoro Crater which is an absolute necessity in any Tanzanian itinerary. The landscape was stunning and the animals were mesmerizing. The Ngorongoro Farm House was among our favorite stays with delicious food and inviting accommodations. We then visited Serengeti National Park and stayed in the Kati Kati tented camp which was so authentic and the people were so nice and engaging. The food was tasty and we enjoyed "glamping" with giraffes and zebras right outside our tents. Finally, we visited western Serengeti and saw the Great Migration. It was so moving and unbelievable, there were even some tears shed! It's exactly as you see it on National Geographic. Josephat, our fabulous guide, was several notches above other guides. He spotted animals in trees far away that we couldn't see without binoculars. He even had to show other tour guides where animals were hiding on many occasions. One day he talked with other tour guides that were searching for a group of cheetahs seen earlier in the day by other guides. He used his knowledge of their behavior and searched in a few remote spots and found the group of five cheetahs. We met other tourists at the hotel that night that asked if we ever found the cheetahs and we replied in the affirmative. They were disappointed because their tour guide never found them. Thank you to Dianah and Saurabh for helping us with our itinerary and logistics. We had a wonderful time and hope to visit Africa again. Sincerely, Eric, Gwen, Jenna and Caroline Peterson
