We are now one of the cool kids in the 'hood, watch out! Mike is super nice and helpful. He will go out of his way to explain the pluses and minuses of gas vs. electric and which cart he feels will best suit your needs. We got a good deal and he delivered it within a couple hours. We've already been on a few long rides around the hood and the lake and couldn't be happier. Now all it desperately needs is some flare- flames or rally stripes something!. Their shop is full of refurbished and new (and older models that are a deal) and all carts come with a good warranty and a honest handshake. USA Carts agreed to repair my golf cart because it was not accepting a charge. I was told the issue was the battery, and I paid approximately $1,800 for the repair, including pickup and delivery. Payment was required in full before the cart was returned. When the cart was returned, it was operational, but the battery was not fully charged. The cart worked for approximately 4.5 days, essentially running off the charge that was already in the replacement battery. It then would not accept a charge again and ultimately left me stranded, having to push the cart home with my kids. I contacted USA Carts about the issue, but they declined to pick the cart up again or further evaluate the problem. I was told, "It was running when it was dropped off." As a result, I had a second repair shop independently evaluate the same issue. The second repair professional tested the cart using a lithium charger from another cart, and the battery charged properly. Based on his testing, he determined that the charger, rather than the battery, was the issue. Based on this second professional assessment, it appears the approximately $1,800 battery replacement may have been unnecessary and that the original charging problem was misdiagnosed. I am currently working with my credit card company regarding the charge. I'm sharing this review so other customers can make an informed decision about who they choose to handle their repairs or purchases.

They delivered a gas one and when I called the answer was well you signed the contract. I double checked dates and price who thought to look for gas. They did replace it with an electric. On the 3rd day the cart had no power thought I wasn't going to make it a block and going maybe 2 mph. Called them it was going to be 2-3 days to replace it. With that kind of service, we were looking at buying a golf cart from them, but have no confidence and their staff. They charge me for the full 10 days even though I had them come pick up the cart.

I sent them an email and they claim that our seats were after market and they will charge us $200 for pick up and delivery in addition to whatever it costs to repair the seat covers. We own a Yamaha 4 seater that is ten years old and we have never had an issue with the craftsmanship on our seats. Staples are flying off, the seats are coming undone and we don't even use this golf cart that much.
