They had a common theme, great selection, no sales pressure, under promising and over delivering, and excellent service after the delivery. In 45 minutes, we had determined exactly what we wanted and asked him to work up a cost. We bought it without searching anywhere else because our experience was like the previous reviews we read. Post sale - delivered to our house earlier than expected and the fit/finish is excellent. We've driven it the 5 days since and really enjoy it.

When we returned from our trip we brought back the rv. Where it sat and sat. Finally he said he could not fix but... he had a friend that can fix. Well we went from seeing the rv everyday sit to across the street where it sat and sat and sat. After about another month we asked what is going on in. Tomas said they were waiting for the parts. Finally we got tired of our rv just sitting there and picked it up. To this day we ask for our money back, buts never gonna happen. I just wish I knew why it's ok for rv places to keep our rv's forever. But car places are typically so much more quicker to make repairs The parts never came and we never got what we paid for. Sorry but we do not suggest this business

I decided to use Cole Automotive based on multiple recommendations posted to our local area Facebook group. Although this place in Forney was quite a trek for me (living in Rockwall), I'm glad I made the drive. They were great! I worked with David and we booked an appointment for to drop off my car the following week and said they would do their best to have it ready for me in 3 days (which was the maximum amount of time the insurance company was going to allow for a rental car). Sure enough, they had it ready for me to pick up 3 days later and it looked great. Not only that, but I had a small area on the side of my car with scratches from a prior incident and they were able to buff it out for me to where it's hardly even noticeable (saving me a $900 repair job), and they were so amazingly awesome that they didn't even charge me extra for it! They even offered to drive me over to the rental car company if I needed a way to get there. These folks were awesome and did a great job and delivered excellent customer service. It was definitely worth the drive. No one ever wants to have to find themselves in a situation where you have to take your car to a body shop, but if you do, I recommend going to Cole's and ask for David.

Manager is rude, and un willing to follow company warranty procedures…read more Wanted a refund on a radiator that went bad after 3 years/15k miles, because number one: the warranty states "refund of exchange" and number two: why would I want another one? I had the absolute blessing of dealing with the general manager (I'm assuming) Tim, after saying I wanted a refund he went a checked the date I bought it and immediately said "nope, can't do that" and I asked why? And he stated "I'm not giving you a refund on a product you've used for 3 years" without the context of the warranty info, that makes sense. I pointed out that the LIFETIME warranty states I am entitled to a refund. After asking where it says I can't have a refund MULTIPLE times and him saying no, he finally huffed and shook his head, pulled up the info and proceeded to scan over this 3 sentence warranty like his life depended on it. Finally saw I was correct, huffed, and got me my money. I was nothing but nice to him and I'm not sure what prompted him acting like a child. I used to work at the local auto shop and the service advisors there had bad experiences with him daily, stay away from this store.

She clocked out, jumped in her truck and took me to my kid's school to pick her up! Who does that these days....NO ONE! She then made sure we got my daughter home, took me back to the store and "she" changed out my battery and sent me on my way...All the while with a smile on her face and LOVE in her heart. This was absolutely thee worst experience I've had while being serviced…read more As a woman, you EXPECT for mechanics to take advantage of you but it doesn't change the shock factor when someone has the audacity to actually do so. I went in for an oil change on a 2024 / 33k miles. My car is practically still new. I initially received a video of my car suspended in the air, with a technician explaining that everything looks good. Shortly after, I received 4 "critical" recommendations directly to my phone, which included the fuel system, an alignment, brake and transmission fluid.. it gave me the option to add the services onto my appointment or to decline. I did not choose either option as I expected someone to speak with me first. Time passed and my service advisor messaged me asking if I had seen the recommendations... I let him know that I had seen them but I was concerned to see so many issues. At that point he took the time to find me and explain that the recommendations were not actually "critical" but they are simply "recommended" at 30k miles... In my opinion , this should have been communicated before even asking me if I wanted to add these services to my appointment....... It felt like I was being scammed the whole time. My service advisor also told me that my car was sent off for washing and vacuuming.... I am not sure if they vacuumed the OUTSIDE of the car? because the inside was definitely still dusty. (Which is the way I brought it but the point is why would you say my car is being vacuumed and then it was not...?) The service advisor also left a stench behind. I could smell him in my car even after I left When I went to check out, I advised my advisor that I had a coupon.. He then asked to see the coupon so he could take a picture of it with his phone. And he told me next time to present the coupon at the beginning of the service.... WTF does it matter which time I am showing you as long as it's presented BEFORE I PAY? I was informed of the coupon when I booked the appointment, which was available on their website. and THAT representative told me that I did not have to tell the advisor anything because there will be notes of everything discussed... Overall, I felt super violated, misled, and mentally exhausted by the time I left. Also, on the drive home I noticed my car to be a bit wobbly.. I am not pointing any fingers, but the vibe I was given yesterday made me feel like these ppl will tamper with your car! I will be taking my business elsewhere

After this though, I will be pressing them to find a new vendor to give our money. I got a brand new truck and needed a topper for the bed. We ordered one and it took a few weeks to arrive and actually came in earlier than expected. Thought that was a good sign. Was I wrong though. Not long after arriving I overheard the workers talking about another truck they were working on in the back. Apparently they spilled half a tank of diesel all over the parking lot. Should have been a red flag: took them about 2 1/2 hours to get the topper installed on my truck. I looked it over once they finished but didn't look close enough at the truck. Later on I opened the bed and smelled diesel. There were muddy diesel foot prints all in the bed that they didn't bother to clean. I started look more closely at everything and found were they had failed to put parts back on the truck, broken parts, and actually caused damage. This truck is less than 2 months old. I called and spoke to the owner and his response was "oh sometimes things break when we put them back, it's normal". No. No it's not normal. He said to bring it on though and they would see what they could do. He called me back a few minutes later and said he talked to his guys and they stated they didn't do it. He tried to imply it could have been someone else. No. No it wasn't. No one else had touched the truck and it's in the area you were working to run wiring. I got off the phone and became increasingly more angry by the minute. If it were up to me I'd have them take the topper off and shove it were the sun doesn't shine. But I don't want them to ever touch my truck again and cause more damage. So now I have to find someone else I trust to fix this and be out even more money. DECEITFUL, UNETHICAL, and LIARS. Will never step foot near this place again.
