They called me back immediately and scheduled to come look at it the next day. When they came, they cut open the underbelly and water came gushing out everywhere. They then checked everything and pointed out many areas that needed fixes. They were very knowledgeable about what warranty would cover. They also knew what insurance would cover. Needless to say, within 2 days, I had a brand new ac unit, jack for under the RV and a toliet. All the interactions occurred between Tony and the people at insurance and warranty.
