Aw yessssss... we bought a golf cart…read more We just stopped by -I swear just to look!- and left proud owners of a brand new black on black gas golf cart. We are now one of the cool kids in the 'hood, watch out! Mike is super nice and helpful. He will go out of his way to explain the pluses and minuses of gas vs. electric and which cart he feels will best suit your needs. We got a good deal and he delivered it within a couple hours. We've already been on a few long rides around the hood and the lake and couldn't be happier. Now all it desperately needs is some flare- flames or rally stripes something!. Their shop is full of refurbished and new (and older models that are a deal) and all carts come with a good warranty and a honest handshake. If you need a golf cart -- and hell, who doesn't??-- go check out Mike's.

When we decided to get a golf cart, I searched Google Maps & Yelp to find all the places to look,…read moreand Plano Golf Cart stood out with not only the high rating but the reviews. They had a common theme, great selection, no sales pressure, under promising and over delivering, and excellent service after the delivery. When we went in only to look around and get an idea of costs, we met Ken. He just showed us around and explained the various colors, wheels, lifts, seats, and fun options. In 45 minutes, we had determined exactly what we wanted and asked him to work up a cost. We bought it without searching anywhere else because our experience was like the previous reviews we read. Post sale - delivered to our house earlier than expected and the fit/finish is excellent. We've driven it the 5 days since and really enjoy it.

Did not fix our rv. Tomas sat on it for over a month. When we needed the rv back to go on a trip he…read moremade us pay for what still was not fixed. When we returned from our trip we brought back the rv. Where it sat and sat. Finally he said he could not fix but... he had a friend that can fix. Well we went from seeing the rv everyday sit to across the street where it sat and sat and sat. After about another month we asked what is going on in. Tomas said they were waiting for the parts. Finally we got tired of our rv just sitting there and picked it up. To this day we ask for our money back, buts never gonna happen. I just wish I knew why it's ok for rv places to keep our rv's forever. But car places are typically so much more quicker to make repairs The parts never came and we never got what we paid for. Sorry but we do not suggest this business

We took our current RV in for repacking the bearings and waxing the unit. Jan 14 Completed the work within a couple of days. Unfortunately had to replace all bearings and seals. I asked he save the bearings for my review, and he did. I always want to see the items I'm told needed replacing. Tomas has replaced small things I missed, and knew were an issue. They didn't do anything I didn't ask them to do; scheduling was easy, and they finished in the time they expected to finish (or close enough that I can't remember a difference). When we ran into a problem with the cabling that came with my cameras being too short, they tried extending in the shop at my direction. That didn't work, so I was able to get a replacement and extension cable from the supplier, and they put that new cable in for me at no charge. The labor rates are reasonable. Before doing this I thought about going to another town to get this done because of the 1-star review, but now I don't think that's necessary. That review is unrepresentative of my experience.
