We needed a truck asap. Mr. Lewis, came out to meet me and told me the price of the truck. Ask me about my credit and I told him what it was around. Well they ran my credit late that afternoon. However, the weather may have delayed the report. Nevertheless, Brad and I agree that I would check back in the morning. Much to my surprise! I called Mr. Henry ,and he said" come on down for your truck." Walked in the dealership and was met by Brad. Mr. Henry was on the phone and waved me into his office. He had my interest cut by half and my payments for under $70 dollars a month cheaper than my old truck payment. He had my payments for a shorter term too. Which really help me out. We have the truck that works for us. Mr. Henry had the paperwork done in 20 minutes and the truck was ready for us to leave . For a small town feel. I recommend the drive out to Lewis Chevrolet highly. It made not be the Dallas experience. Hitting the bell and people shaking your hand you don't know and telling you that you got a great deal. I got to deal with the owner and not multiple salespeople and a finance person. Mr. Henry C. Lewis, tells you what he can do and you can take him at his word......I'm glad of my new relationship with Lewis Chevrolet. I wish that other dealerships could take lessons from Mr. Lewis, and see how its should really be done..... Thank You! Daniel Romero Happy Buyer!

We were driving pass Hall Chevrolet when we saw this toyota on the lot. We paid cash for the car it ran very well and the sales man said it had been parked and belonged to a old lady and that she only drove it church and grocery store. So we took it for a test drive it drove very well. We paid cash for it took it home and drove it for about 2 weeks . One day we were bored being at home so we drove out to the country side and to the grocery the pulled into the driveway turned off the car and in about 25 mins. My comes running to the back yard screaming the car was on Fire. It was the most frightening thing that had ever happened to us. The police and fire dept came out to help and the whole neighborhood came out to witness the FIRE. They all wanted to know where i had bought the car. So i told them Hall Chevrolet in canton. I have called the dealership talked to the employees and they have just managed to play phone tag and was told they would talk to Mr. Hall but never heard back from anyone. It took 6 weeks before I even received my car title. I regret ever buying a car from dealership where all you do is haggle over the price and then literally get burnt. The car is still under investigation by toyota Corp waiting on the final results of why the car caught on fire. Im retired, live in the neighborhood down the street and I thought we were all family in this community but was i ever wrong. Now, we are without a second car and sometimes need a second car to get to the doctor. I dont like giving bad reviews this area is my home and I deserve to be treated better then this. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. ITS GOING TO BE A LONG HOT SUMMER. I dont expect to them to call back or refund my money. I lost faith in the dealership!!!

He told me that he should be able to get to it within 2 or 3 days. I called every few days (not every day because I didn't want to pressure him) to see if there was any progress made. He kept telling me that he had become swamped and he would try to get to it that day or the next. Two weeks of being told the same thing for a job that takes a very short amount of time, I called and asked if he had worked on it. He said that he had started on it and that he was going to try to finish it this evening. I told him that I had found another place that could do it while I wait and I would be by to pick it up. I asked if I owed anything for the work he had done on it. He said, "No ma'am, but don't ever bring it back." After he lied to me for 2 weeks and then treated me like that, he doesn't have to worry about me bringing anything to him, ever again.

My experience is below, but if you're just scanning reviews to find out whether or not to do business with this place...Stop now and just head up there. I walked in with a rather unorthodox request. I was greeted by Travis (the owner) with a smile and a handshake. See, I had taken it upon myself to attempt to replace the alternator on my '05 Volvo XC90 V8. Big mistake on my part. After messing with it for 14 hours in total I had a non-mobile vehicle and a half finished alternator job. I asked if someone from the shop would mind coming out to my house to take a look at my vehicle in person and give me an estimate on what it would cost to fix. Of course this is not a typical service that they offer. But Travis with his kind heart came out after he closed that to my place and checked out the situation. He gave the best advice he could on his part with a general ballpark figure. He advised up front that he doesn't typically work on Volvo's, but he was pretty sure he could get the job done. I dropped off my vehicle at his shop while he was closed over the weekend. Thinking that it would be ready sometime the following week. To my surprise, I got a call at 2:30pm Monday afternoon letting me know that it was ready to be picked up. After all my errands for the day it wasn't until 5:30pm that I was able to reach back out to him about coming to pick up the Volvo. He had just walked in the door of his house after closing up his shop for the day. Going above and beyond again, he kindly offered to meet me back up at his shop right then so I could pay him and pick up the key. What he charged was MORE then fair for all the work I gave him. It was a big challenging job on a vehicle they were unfamiliar with and they handled it beautifully. I won't be taking any of my vehicles anywhere else for service from here on! Thanks guys!
