Received the recall notice in March, repeatedly called for 6 months to have the issue addressed and was told "the part was delayed", "the part is in, but we have to schedule everyone in your neighborhood to make it worth our while", "we'll get to you soon"". In other words, totally ignored. Called Yamaha and they put us in touch with another dealer (Golf Cars of Dallas) who picked up the cart, repaired it and delivered it back to us in one week.
