They had a common theme, great selection, no sales pressure, under promising and over delivering, and excellent service after the delivery. When we went in only to look around and get an idea of costs, we met Ken. He just showed us around and explained the various colors, wheels, lifts, seats, and fun options. In 45 minutes, we had determined exactly what we wanted and asked him to work up a cost. We bought it without searching anywhere else because our experience was like the previous reviews we read. Post sale - delivered to our house earlier than expected and the fit/finish is excellent. We've driven it the 5 days since and really enjoy it.

Red River towing was an absolute life saver (and sanity saver) after out car was stuck in the mud…read moreand continued to slowly sink. Nothing we did could get us out. I reached out to local towing agencies and Red River was so prompt to respond gave me an ETA that was in minutes as opposed to hours and even gave us tips to try and get the car unstuck ourselves (spoiler alert that did not happen as you can see how far in the mud we were in the photo I attached). I would highly recommend calling them directly vs trying luck with other agencies. Our insurance also allows us to call the best towing company in the area and get reimbursed so that's food for thought if the ETA you are given through insurance is a few hours out. Red River was there in 30 minutes instead, and when you have kids in the car with you that is super important.

He had all his guys drop everything they had to do to work on my truck and to my surprise, they finished it by the time I make it back to his shop. Thank you once again and I would highly recommend his business to anyone in the Princeton Tx area or even out of towners! Here's a short clip of them unloading my pallet and loading it onto his truck that he lend me.
