Then when they finally got the the battery they called and said they needed more money for a part they should have known was needed at the out set. Then they took my original charger in " exchange" for the one that came WITH the battery kit, gave no credit for it AND charged an additional amount for the battery that came in the kit. They are dishonest, untrustworthy, and unethica!

Went here to get my golf (gas) cart fixed, I talked to the manager about getting the cart fixed, it…read morewas attempted to be fix at another location, they couldn't fix it. So I had the cart send it there; the manager said it would be around a few hours to diagnose! Nevertheless I did not get a call back I had to call him back after the mechanic looked at it. That was about 3 days of waiting. When I did call him back, he said I needed a new battery b/c the one in it was not the one that came with it. after talking or having the manager tell me that he doesn't work that way? Okay, new battery I can do that. Finning up on the repair about five days later, they did get it running again. When I went to pick it up, they said the gas tank was cracked, I told them that I could fix that! Did a test drive and it seemed to be okay. The manager was not there so I would have to come back tomorrow. A couple of things when I did picked it up: 1. No new battery? 2. They didn't drain the old gas? 3. The oil was extremely low. 4. No new parts were added. ( I had marked them & took pictures ) The mechanic did a good job on the wiring. I double checked his work. They even made the lights work again. Plus he was very responsive to my questions, nice person. The main problem was the attitude of the owner/manager (rude, arrogant and pushy), how he approached the customer was not pleasant on my side. Not the best way of communicating ( or lack of ) with your customers. The problem extended to the price that went from around $600+ a new battery $250 to $1200, just for the wiring time? And items that they didn't even look at above. I did pay it without hesitation. I think from the expression on his face that he was surprised. I would NOT recommend using their services again. I did have several other items that I could have been addressed by them, but i did not have a good experience with their owner/manager. I didn't think that I received the services intended, and He really missed out on further opportunities for additional service I needed.
