Went here to get my golf (gas) cart fixed, I talked to the manager about getting the cart fixed, it was attempted to be fix at another location, they couldn't fix it.
So I had the cart send it there; the manager said it would be around a few hours to diagnose!
Nevertheless I did not get a call back I had to call him back after the mechanic looked at it. That was about 3 days of waiting.
When I did call him back, he said I needed a new battery b/c the one in it was not the one that came with it. after talking or having the manager tell me that he doesn't work that way? Okay, new battery I can do that.
Finning up on the repair about five days later, they did get it running again.
When I went to pick it up, they said the gas tank was cracked, I told them that I could fix that! Did a test drive and it seemed to be okay. The manager was not there so I would have to come back tomorrow.
A couple of things when I did picked it up: 1. No new battery? 2. They didn't drain the old gas? 3. The oil was extremely low. 4. No new parts were added. ( I had marked them & took pictures )
The mechanic did a good job on the wiring. I double checked his work. They even made the lights work again. Plus he was very responsive to my questions, nice person.
The main problem was the attitude of the owner/manager (rude, arrogant and pushy), how he approached the customer was not pleasant on my side. Not the best way of communicating ( or lack of ) with your customers.
The problem extended to the price that went from around $600+ a new battery $250 to $1200, just for the wiring time? And items that they didn't even look at above.
I did pay it without hesitation. I think from the expression on his face that he was surprised.
I would NOT recommend using their services again.
I did have several other items that I could have been addressed by them, but i did not have a good experience with their owner/manager.
I didn't think that I received the services intended, and He really missed out on further opportunities for additional service I needed. read more
