update on the scooter since everyone seems to be so interested in it…read more When hubby switched jobs & we moved from OKC back to Texas we took it with us, we had only put less than 50 miles on it then before the starter went bad. Then we put it in the garage till the tags expired we never got it going again. Then, we moved it to Florida to our beachhouse where it still doesn't run with less than 50 miles on it. Wish we would have never purchased it. Do not recommend.

Without a doubt the worst company I have ever bought anything from in my entire life. It took them…read moreweeks to deliver the product and no one had any information, no tracking number, nothing, total stress. The key to an ATV was missing and weeks later I still haven't received it, even though they said they sent it. They didn't want to provide me with the FEIN Number so I could pay the Massachusetts taxes and register the ATV, it was just a lot of pressure. Chaotic customer service, no one knows absolutely anything and no one solves anything. I waited for the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) for several weeks, even though they knew I needed it in order to finance the ATV I mentioned on the day of purchase, they sent it by plain mail, without a tracking number, it took weeks, a real catastrophe. If you have any sense and value serious advice, never, ever buy anything from this store, I sincerely hope I don't have any major problems, because they constantly change the information and procedures to charge more.

Their customer support personnel did try to address my concerns, although they were hard to contact sometimes, and did all they could to satisfy me within the limits of their company policy. A mechanic told me that fixing the go kart's gear shift would take about 20 minutes, but that it was fixable. The go kart was very nice, except for the gear shift stuck in reverse. My advice is that if you by a go kart from these folks, do not pay to have it pre-assembled. Just have the ship it and then pay a local small-engine mechanic to assembly it for you.

See my profile picture? That's me. On my new scooter. Which I got from this place. Their tagline is…read more"ATV's/Dirt Bikes/Scooters & More." You wouldn't think that a grubby little shop surrounded by Korean knock-off stores would thrill me so much, but indeed, this place has provided me with an adorable affordable little scooter AND great service to boot. Keep in mind, they only sell Chinese scooter models with low power, but if that's what you're looking for (like me), then this is your place. I've been looking for a scooter for months. Motorcycles might be big in Texas, but scooters are harder to find. This little semi-ghetto shop on Harry Hines came to my rescue with an awesome price on a little Roketa scooter. I found them through craigslist, and you might want to ask them if you can get the craigslist special price, because it is indeed special. They don't have an extensive selection, but they have Roketa models that are 50cc and 150cc in multiple colors. The salesman was surprisingly friendly considering the surroundings, and after we made our purchase he sent us to their warehouse where we picked up our scooter from an equally jocular Indian salesman and his sidekick, who looked like he was a bouncer for the mafia. Seriously, you would never expect such good service in such a setting, but it was. Did I mention the price was amazing?

We have purchased 3 bikes from 360 Powersports now and while we've had a few hiccups, I would…read moredefinitely consider purchasing from them again because they worked with us to resolve the issues. We most recently ordered 2 Lifan KPX 250's and had them delivered in the crate, unassembled (we prefer to DIY). We had been eying these bikes for a while and they had a great sale price compared to the other dealer in Texas. When we finally decided to pull the trigger, the sale had ended the day before. However, they did us a solid and honored the sale price. By the way, we made this purchase over the phone as we had researched the bikes and knew exactly what we wanted. We made 2 separate credit card transactions, one for me and one for my brother's bike. We also paid 360 $117 each to do the title and registration paperwork for us. When we received our plates, bill of sale, and titles in the mail, we realized they had flip-flopped the VIN's and done the registration backwards. We had to make 2 trips to our local DMV to get it all sorted out as well as pay a $45 re-title fee each. Due to the mistake, I requested a refund of the $117 and $45 fee for each of us and to my surprise they agreed without any haggling and we received a check in the mail in a few days. The bikes themselves are great. My brother's bike had a small issue with one of the parts and when he reported it to 360 they were very quick to ship a replacement part free of charge. While all of the title issues prevented us from being able to ride fully legal on the street for an additional 30 days or so, I am very happy with how they resolved the matter. We are now ripping these bikes all over the city!
