I took a vehicle to Byford Automotive for a front-end alignment because he was highly recommended…read more I knew that he sometimes takes a while to get to a vehicle, so I called and asked how long it would take to get my vehicle finished. He told me that he should be able to get to it within 2 or 3 days. I called every few days (not every day because I didn't want to pressure him) to see if there was any progress made. He kept telling me that he had become swamped and he would try to get to it that day or the next. Two weeks of being told the same thing for a job that takes a very short amount of time, I called and asked if he had worked on it. He said that he had started on it and that he was going to try to finish it this evening. I told him that I had found another place that could do it while I wait and I would be by to pick it up. I asked if I owed anything for the work he had done on it. He said, "No ma'am, but don't ever bring it back." After he lied to me for 2 weeks and then treated me like that, he doesn't have to worry about me bringing anything to him, ever again.

She told us we would have to deal with Don and she proceeded to take us inside to meet Don. Don stayed behind an office window and did not even come out to talk with us. When we were waiting to talk to him about the actual price and also about putting our unit on consignment. We needed to know the actual price because the sales lady told us 2 different prices. He instead stayed in his little office and stared out at us and whispered things to the other man in the office. We waited for about 10 AWKWARD minutes as he stared at us and the sales lady kept repeating "there is someone coming to look at that unit Monday". YES, WE KNOW SALES LADY. We understand someone is coming but we couldn't do anything about it when DON wouldn't even come out to talk with us... and instead only told the sales lady it's a good price even though we had not been told a final price. We decided to go across the street to Explore USA (the place the sales lady bathed mouthed and told us DON use to be the manager of previously) and we purchased a unit. I can say that Explore USA made a great move getting DON out of their business. Do not shop at this place and give your hard earned money to people who care and want to treat their customers with respect.

We needed a truck asap. Mr. Lewis, came out to meet me and told me the price of the truck. Ask me about my credit and I told him what it was around. Well they ran my credit late that afternoon. However, the weather may have delayed the report. Nevertheless, Brad and I agree that I would check back in the morning. Much to my surprise! I called Mr. Henry ,and he said" come on down for your truck." Walked in the dealership and was met by Brad. Mr. Henry was on the phone and waved me into his office. He had my interest cut by half and my payments for under $70 dollars a month cheaper than my old truck payment. He had my payments for a shorter term too. Which really help me out. We have the truck that works for us. Mr. Henry had the paperwork done in 20 minutes and the truck was ready for us to leave . For a small town feel. I recommend the drive out to Lewis Chevrolet highly. It made not be the Dallas experience. Hitting the bell and people shaking your hand you don't know and telling you that you got a great deal. I got to deal with the owner and not multiple salespeople and a finance person. Mr. Henry C. We were driving pass Hall Chevrolet when we saw this toyota on the lot. We paid cash for the car it ran very well and the sales man said it had been parked and belonged to a old lady and that she only drove it church and grocery store. So we took it for a test drive it drove very well. We paid cash for it took it home and drove it for about 2 weeks . One day we were bored being at home so we drove out to the country side and to the grocery the pulled into the driveway turned off the car and in about 25 mins. My comes running to the back yard screaming the car was on Fire. It was the most frightening thing that had ever happened to us. The police and fire dept came out to help and the whole neighborhood came out to witness the FIRE. They all wanted to know where i had bought the car. So i told them Hall Chevrolet in canton. I have called the dealership talked to the employees and they have just managed to play phone tag and was told they would talk to Mr. Hall but never heard back from anyone. It took 6 weeks before I even received my car title. I regret ever buying a car from dealership where all you do is haggle over the price and then literally get burnt. The car is still under investigation by toyota Corp waiting on the final results of why the car caught on fire. Im retired, live in the neighborhood down the street and I thought we were all family in this community but was i ever wrong. Now, we are without a second car and sometimes need a second car to get to the doctor. I dont like giving bad reviews this area is my home and I deserve to be treated better then this. DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. ITS GOING TO BE A LONG HOT SUMMER. I dont expect to them to call back or refund my money. I lost faith in the dealership!!!
