I was rear ended at the beginning of June and had a heck of a time trying to get my car in a shop…read moreto get repaired. I had tried calling several other shops but they were booked up 4-6 weeks out. Laserline was able to take it the day I called. It took a while on the repairs but they were extremely thorough and found damage that you could not see from the initial estimate. The repairs look incredible. The back end of my car looks like it's brand new. I'm very impressed. However, what impressed me more is their customer service. They are insanely friendly and that is enough of a bonus. But on top of that they've gone above and beyond helping deal with the insurance and rental companies who have been horrible this entire time. Even now that I have my vehicle back they called Enterprise about an issue I had with billing where the representative flat out lied to me but Laserline still followed up on the matter. Going to those lengths to make sure your customers are taken care of says a lot about how much you value your business. If my fiancé or I need anything done to our vehicles in the future we will be using Laserline. Thanks for all your hard work and fantastic service.

This is the second time to take my truck in for service for touch up paint. Dusty and or crew will walk you through what they think and give you a couple options. They also price things very reasonable. Today I got a phone call from him saying I believe we buffed the spots out pretty well and the touch up paint isn't needed. He said why don't you come up here and see what I'm talking about, and you can decide if you want it painted or not, but I don't see the need. Once I got there, he showed me, and I couldn't agree more with the work. Most shops will just say in needs it to, so you spend your money, but he pretty much said you don't need to spend the $500 you thought. Talk about integrity!!! I feel like the value that I have received both times have been well worth it and the work is also amazing. I'd recommend G2G Paint and body shop to a million out of a million people. In the words of Judge Merilyn Milian, "The cheap always comes out expensive." About a year ago, a…read moreman named Nick pulls me over and tells me he can repair my dent for a low cost. I thought about it for a while and gave him a call. He sent Sonny Moreno stating he, himself, was out of town. The quote was good, so I had them do two cars. Sonny came and did the repairs and told me to let the stuff set for a couple of days and then wipe off this grey residue. I let the cars sit in the garage without touching them for two days. When I wiped off the residue, the repair jobs were very noticeable and not good on either car. (Also, I gave him an extra $100 up front for a mirror repair job that never happened.) I asked if he would just come back by and take care of it, which he said he would, but he was out of town, so he couldn't right then. I contacted the person that sent him, Nick, who said HE would be by to take care of it, but he was out of town. I sent several texts asking for the repairs to be made right. Every time I would holler to ask when they would be able to come back by, they said they were out of town. They have been out of town for a year now. I have bad paint jobs and no mirror to show for the money ($1,500 cash) I forked over. I'm a sucker. Don't be a sucker. (I mean . . . he did the work; it just looks terrible.) Learn from my lesson, and get it done right the first time.
