Terrible customer service, my husband called them to ask if they had what he needed. One man…read moreanswered and said " yes let me go check" and then another man picked up the phone and said "HELLO" "HELOOO" my husband replied " are you talking to me" he said "yes WHAT DO YOU NEED?" My husband " I already said what I needed" the man started getting rude and raising voice " THAT WAS SOMEONE ELSE NOT ME" my husband replied" how was I suppose to know?!" and got hung up on immediately. To me that is not good customer service, and whoever picked up the phone being rude shouldn't be picking up phones. I've used them plenty of times through out my life but stopped years ago when I kept coming to them back to back in a week span went through 4 tires and they never told me my rim was cracked that why I kept having a flat. As a tire shop why wouldn't they check that? Went to airport tire they told me immediately what was wrong and ordered me a new rim and installed that with a new tire. I suggest if you are in wills point and need a used or new tire go to AIR PORT TIRE!

We've purchased truck tires, tractor tires and had many flats repaired quickly and fairly. Give these guys some business. They've earned it.

I was advised by O' Reilly Auto Parts in Wills Point to come here and I am glad I did. When I got there they took me right away, showed me the very small screw that was in the tire and immediately patched it up! I also mentioned I needed my front license plate attached (new to TX-didn't have one before) and she remembered that even before she checked me out. When I originally ordered and bought the plate holder from a Honda dealership in Dallas they were going to charge me over $90 just for the labor on top of the $85 for the part. Airport fixed my tire and put plate holder on for $40!!! I have been to many mechanics over the years and these folks are the nicest most efficient! Highly recommend!

Third time bringing my Silverado here for oil change and a few warranty items. To try and replicate…read morean issue the service department basically used our vehicle like a loaner and took someone home. Who gave them permission? Did they call beforehand, no!!! But we heard about it after. And apparently they took a midget home because the passenger seat was hiked up insanely high. Don't trust them with your vehicle. They don't respect it at all. Who the heck knows where they went and what havoc they wrecked that will rear it's ugly head later that I'll have to pay for. I won't be stopping here and will complain to Chevrolet directly. Beware!!
