Terrible customer service, my husband called them to ask if they had what he needed. One man answered and said " yes let me go check" and then another man picked up the phone and said "HELLO" "HELOOO" my husband replied " are you talking to me" he said "yes WHAT DO YOU NEED?" My husband " I already said what I needed" the man started getting rude and raising voice " THAT WAS SOMEONE ELSE NOT ME" my husband replied" how was I suppose to know?!" and got hung up on immediately. To me that is not good customer service, and whoever picked up the phone being rude shouldn't be picking up phones. I've used them plenty of times through out my life but stopped years ago when I kept coming to them back to back in a week span went through 4 tires and they never told me my rim was cracked that why I kept having a flat. As a tire shop why wouldn't they check that? Went to airport tire they told me immediately what was wrong and ordered me a new rim and installed that with a new tire. I suggest if you are in wills point and need a used or new tire go to AIR PORT TIRE! read more

Lupe's is always our 'go to' place for local tire service. It's not. Big fancy shop, but the value shows, the service is excellent and on top of that, they're really nice people that enjoy their work. We've purchased truck tires, tractor tires and had many flats repaired quickly and fairly. Give these guys some business. They've earned it. read more

Needed a tire fixed and he made his guys pull their jack out from under my truck because he wanted to eat lunch. He asked me to wait until they eat lunch. He was not friendly at all and will never do business with someone who treats customers like that. read more

Brought new tires(not purchased through his shop)to Lupe's for mounting and balancing. I was charged $45 just to have leaking tires, because he used the old valve stems on new tires. I confronted him about it(2 days later, my day off) just for Lupe to tell me he doesn't install new valve stems on tires not bought through his shop. He didn't offer a solution and I was just told "thank you". This also tells me he didn't check for leaks after the install and just went on about his business. I can hear the air leaking from the stem when close to the tire, so how did he not? New tire, new valve stems, and check for leaks...an honest tire shop knows that, or will explain they aren't going to put new stems on without a fee...was not told he'd be using the old valve stems or I would have refused the service and taken my car elsewhere. All in all, he took my money for a service not done correctly. I do not recommend this shop to anyone and would avoid this place at all costs. The owner's arrogance came into play with our interaction. read more

I couldn't get anyone to order me some odd ball size 22.5 tires. I called on a Wednesday and ordered my 1k tires. Worth every dime. No other shop could get them. One in canton off 19 kept giving me the run around for a week! You get what you pay for. Its a lil on the high side. But, its fast and name brand only. I recommend! They also put my toyos open country on my work truck. Give o'l boy a call, you won't be disappointed! read more

We had a low tire while traveling through Wills Point At 91°. Pulled in to Lupes. Told us it would be about 20 minutes. He got us in less than 5 minutes. He didn't plug it, he patched it properly inside. He removed a broken house key. Price was very very reasonable. Saved my husband tons of sweat and grit. Thank the Lord for Lupes. Very quick and cheap service. I bought two tires to put on the front of my car. The kid that did it looked kinda young, which made me nervous, but he seemed competent with his tools. They didn't have a very large selection, but I found some there that were priced slightly lower than I could find anywhere else. The kid tossed them on, did a good job, maybe 25-30 minutes for two tires, dismount old and then remount the new ones. I went to pay and pulled out my debit card, so the guy gets one of the cell phone card readers. Call me old fashioned, but I really prefer the actual card machine. Cause now I have to take this guy's phone and try not to drop it while I sign it badly with my finger. And I like paper receipts, which also wasn't possible with his cell phone. But all in all, I was there for 30 minutes, got some decent and cheap tires, and didn't have any problems. Good tire shop, but they could definitely make some improvements. read more
