I hired Xavier to assemble a 12x16 gazebo I bought off of Amazon. The instructions required 2-3 people for 5+ hours. Xavier and his assistant completed this including all cleanup in about 3.5hrs. They really are experts, systematically and methodically going about the work. And the fees were very reasonable for the work. I highly recommend Xavier for gazebo installation. I never write reviews unless I had a terrible experience or if I thought the respective service was exemplary. Fortunately, I had an amazing experience by Xavier and his team. I hired Xavier and his team to uninstall and reinstall a gazebo that my outdoor contractor screwed up and damaged (will have a separate review for that company shortly). My original contractor's team spent 4.5 days trying to put together a 12x16 Yardistry Gazebo that's sold by Costco. Ultimately they failed and didn't even use all the parts provided by Yardistry. Xavier and his team took 2 hours to take it down and only 5 hours to put it back up. Xavier and his team know their stuff. When they put together the gazebo, they used all the parts including the seals to help protect the interior parts and pieces from rain. The gazebo is made of wood and they were gentle when they assembled it preventing the wood from being scratched on the ground. They even lined the ground to further protect it. I wish I could post the whole video from my Ring Camera of the two companies putting together the gazebo - the two respective teams workmanship is night and day. Xavier's team put on a clinic. I will be hiring Xavier again for additional projects. read more
