Brad worked with us to pick the finish and did an amazing job. The floor is beautiful and the patched areas match so perfectly there's no way to tell it's been patched. Brad suggested we extend the refinishing to the kitchen area but we were planning to replace the hardwood there with tile. We should have listened to Brad. We loved how the floors turned out so much that we called him back to do the kitchen. In addition to the high quality workmanship, Brad is professional, very responsive, flexible and a really friendly guy. I highly recommend Rich Hardwood Floors.

I did not use them for the install of the wood floors, though I suspect that they would have been cheaper than my contractor. I worked with Travis at Healdsburg Floor Coverings who was great -- really responsive, helpful, friendly. I am so happy with the quality of the products I received. Not a criticism of Healdsburg Floor Coverings, but more a learning from this experience. I would highly recommend purchasing an in stock item. At first, I purchased an item that had a delivery date of about a month out. This initially worked based on the progress of my house renovation. However, it kept on getting delayed week by week until it was at least a month delayed. I then switched to a nearly identical offering from the same distributor at the same price and received the flooring within days. I wish I had done this earlier instead of waiting!

We went into The Floor Store, and Matthew was incredibly kind and helpful. He walked us through our options, and made sure it could be delivered in time. He was so easy to work with, thorough, and really helped us feel taken care of during a stressful and rushed situation. When I came back two days later to pick everything up, John and the team were just as kind and helpful, even loading everything into our car for us. We're so grateful for the wonderful customer service and would absolutely recommend The Floor Store - not just for the great products, but for the genuinely caring people who work there!

Francine is one of the least helpful salespeople I've ever encountered. From the moment we entered…read morethe store, it was difficult to get her attention. Once we connected, we were upfront about our budget, but she repeatedly steered us toward higher priced options and was not transparent about individual product costs. She encouraged us to apply for store credit through Wells Fargo, and I was approved for significantly more than the cost of the flooring we were considering (probably a red flag warning that they will attempt to take you for more than you want to spend). Later that week, she came to our home for a site assessment. While friendly during the visit, she remained vague about installation costs. As she left, she promised to email a detailed quote within a day or two. After a full week with no word, I had to follow up. She responded several hours later with an estimate. The product pricing stayed within what we discussed, but the labor portion was estimated, but listed as "variable," with no fixed amount or not-to-exceed" number. Additionally, she couldn't even guarantee the final cost or confirm they could complete the job. As a contractor myself (in IT), I'm accustomed to providing customers with clear, capped pricing and a promise we will complete the work before they commit, especially on installation work. Its not as if I was hiding anything from her. She had full access to the home for her assessment. If she lacked expertise to properly evaluate the job, they should have sent a more qualified person. This lack of clarity made it impossible to move forward with confidence. After sending the quote, she never followed up and I haven't spoken to her since. Overall, Francine came across as inattentive, inexperienced and unreliable. We ended up purchasing our flooring elsewhere, and based on this experience, I would recommend doing the same.

Long story short we had to rip out the sub plate/sand down some sub flooring and seal the concrete slab to attack the urine. Kenny told us that he can do everything at a fraction of the cost and start ASAP. We trusted him and he knocked it out of the park. He was able to get rid of 98.8% of the smell. Kenny was amazing to work with through the whole process. He would always be upfront, honest and give us multiple options each step of the way. His team of workers(Josh and Ricky) were amazing as well. I would highly recommend Kenny for your next flooring needs!!!
