They did multiple cable drops and installed new switches and equipment for our network. They also setup a wireless network for us. I suggested that if this was no longer the case, customers would appreciate having the most accurate information, so a website update would be useful. I received no response to that suggestion. Initial communication with any business establishes the point of reference for professionalism and attention to detail. In this case, my interaction with them was illustrative, and I will look elsewhere for my computer repair needs. Update: Since the owner attempted to discredit the integrity of my review, I am attaching our full email correspondence (4 emails), for folks to judge for themselves. It is clearly visible that nowhere in his emails did he give me a price for house visits or offered the drop-off as an alternative, but rather simply told me he didn't do house visits.
