She took the time to understand my olive skin tone and worked patiently with me through multiple consultations to nail down exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. Her makeup application was flawless and held up beautifully, even after 14 hours of wear. When my hair didn't turn out as expected the morning of the wedding, I was pretty distraught. Sammy jumped in without hesitation to fix my makeup and make sure everything was perfect before the ceremony. Her kindness and support during that stressful moment meant the world to me and helped me get back to feeling excited about the day. I couldn't recommend her more!

However, after the initial procedure, once the scabbing came off, most of the eyeliner faded as well. During the touch-up appointment, I made it very clear that the eyeliner was too light and too thin, and I specifically requested a darker and more visible result. Unfortunately, after the touch-up healed, the same thing happened again -- once the scabbing came off, the eyeliner faded significantly and is now barely visible. I reached out regarding the issue, but I was told it would not be corrected unless I paid for another session. While the experience was pleasant, I am disappointed with the final results and the lack of resolution after clearly communicating my concerns during the touch-up process.

I first went to Jessica back in August 2023, and she did spectacular work on my brows. I was supposed to go back in December but didn't make it until March 30th, 2024, so just yesterday. I was hoping it wasn't a fluke and that she could recreate her magic. Even though it had been 6 months, you could barely tell my brows needed the touch-up. Well, let me just say it was even better the second time, no fluke, just raw talent. She was gentle and took her time, and she showed me and asked what I thought. I asked for just a little more feathering, and she did me one better. Ok, ladies and gentlemen, if you want fabulous brows or fabulous ANY makeup, Jessuca is your girl. She is affordable, and I always give her extra tipping for the great work. No union for the beauty industry, so let's keep them and their talents available. Peace!

Rather than addressing them, she became visibly flustered and ended our appointment early. I want to be clear: I'm considering getting a tattoo on my face. That is not a decision I'm taking lightly, and naturally I'm going to have questions. Any professional in this space should understand that this work carries real, semi permanent consequences -- a client who asks questions isn't being difficult, they're being responsible. If you're going to operate in this industry, patience and communication aren't optional. They're the job. A bad result in this line of work doesn't just fade -- it can affect someone's life permanently. I'd encourage anyone considering this shop to reflect on whether this environment is for them to get this type of work done.

She obviously wants them to be happy. Backstory: I didn't go to see Kimberly for your typical permanent makeup. I am a breast cancer survivor, and I had received what I would call a "mediocre" reconstruction, at least on the surface. I was left with scars and bad discoloration on my left areola, so I essentially needed Kimberly to fix the coloration, if that makes sense. While I do not want to post pictures of my tits here on Yelp, I can testify that Kimberly has done a wonderful job in making my left breast look perfectly normal. She was very intense on color matching, getting the color just right. Her process was deliberate and time-consuming (up to three hours a visit for this process) l, and it has now been several visits, but this achieved really good results. Money and time investments were completely worth it. I think Kimberly did an outstanding job. Speaking of which, Kimberly's prices are fair, and she will work with you to achieve your desired outcome. While most of her clients (like you) see her for much simpler, quicker cosmetic issues; mine was more complex, and she STILL did a fantastic job. You may have several appointments to achieve your desired outcome. You'll have to follow instructions for the healing, as permanent makeup is a specialized type of tattoo. After the process and healing time though, I'm confident that you'll be really happy with the work Kimberly did, so I highly recommend her as a permanent makeup artist.
