However, for an unbeatable price of $20 for a set of acrylics I don't have any complaints! And I got to say that they do as good of a job (if not better) than the pricier nail salons in the Dallas, Plano, Frisco area. Me and my friend went here to make an appointment because they are pretty bad at answering the phone, I had tried calling for about a week now w/no answer. However, when we went in two people had just canceled and we were able to get in! It was absolutely great! They were well equipped for COVID-19 precautions; masks, washing hands before and after, glass shields separating you etc. My acrylic set with a design and coffin shape was $30 & my friend who got a simple acrylic no design was $25! New owners. I tried to text to mark an appointment like i usually do with Jimmy who i loved going to he always got my shape right. And I've been going for a few years. We'll they tell me to just go in and i see everything changed and Jimmy or anyone that was regularly there wasn't there anymore. They offer good deals and have great and competing experience pricing as well as being fast and efficient at getting you in and out in a timely manner. I've been to this place a couple times just because it was cheep for acrylics. This time I went I got acrylics, and a pedicure. When the lady was doing my nails she used the little thing to even out my nails & to take off my cuticles. But she got a little rough & too close to my skin. She continued to do my nails and after she was finished with the acrylic & color, she did more of the evening out of my nail. She again got way to close to my skin. & I am bleeding on almost every finger. She made slits in my skin because she got too close to my skin. Went based off a friends recommendation. I also followed their I Instagram page and saw some designs I liked, and saw the reoccurring name "Kat" in comments about how good she is. I just so happened to get her this afternoon. I had three nails that needed to be fixed and I wanted a polish change and a ghost or something for Halloween. She really seemed to hate her job and had to remove some previous diamonds I had on so you would think she would ask if I wanted more or any designs. Not the case. I guess I got what I paid for because it was only $10 and there's a bunch of bubbles in the polish and one of the nails she repaired isn't even set down right. This place was recommended by several people on a local Facebook page so I looked them up and found their Facebook page. Cool nail art.....I've been wanting some nail art done. It seems that many people bring pics from Pintrest and this place does it on your nails. I called and made an appointment. There was nothing special about any part of my visit. The guy who did my nails was just going through the motions. I didn't know exactly what I wanted for nail art and it irritated him. My shellac gel manicure did not even last one week before it started chipping. I'm used to going three weeks with no chips and I get manicures done in many different cities.
