I own a duck hunting club on Van Sickle Island in the Suisun Marsh and had placed an order for an XFowler Mallard blind before the start of the 2022 Waterfowl season. The reason for that was I needed an extra blind to accommodate two Marine Corps veterans that wished to hunt my property . On October 10th, 2022, I spoke to Mr. Harry Bunfill, the owner of the XFowler company on several occasions and he told me I would have the blind by Saturday October 22nd, opening weekend of the duck season. On October 12th, 2022 he then told me that the blind wouldn't be available on opening day because of some issues he had with his vendors which couldn't provide him with the cages that mount on the blind's floating platform. On October 25th, 2022 Mr. Harry Bunfill told me on the phone that he would deliver the blind to me in the morning of October 27th, 2022 at 07:00 hours. I then got a text from him telling me that he would deliver the blind on the evening of October 26th. I called him to coordinate a time and place and he told me that he would meet me at 19:30 hours right after another delivery he was making at another nearby duck club. On the phone, I specifically asked him not to leave my blind on that other club property. That evening, I waited patiently until 21:00 hours and never heard from Mr.Harry Bunfill. The next morning, I received a phone call from the owner of the nearby duck club who told me that my blind had been left on his property the night before. He said the blind was very heavy and that he did not have any means to bring it to me. He also said that he had told Mr. Harry Bunfill that he did not think it was a good idea to leave my blind on his property. I called Mr. Bunfill to ask him about my blind. Mr. Bunfill got very angry and told me he had called me that evening and that I should have answered my phone. I replied I had never received any call from him. He then started insulting me, calling me names and told me to go F**ck myself and take the blind and shove it up my a**ss. All that after I had paid over $5000.00 dollars of my hard earned money for that blind. I told him that if I did not get the blind soon I wanted my money back.
Mr. Bunfill then sent me the following text message:
" Your return has been processed. I don't want people like you to have our products. I don't want your type's business. You are a narcissist and a liar. I find it hard to believe anyone likes you at all. I'm sorry I wasted my time on you. You're a miserable person and you know it. The world will be a little bit better when you're gone. I am just thankful that you don't have one of our blinds".
