What really stood out was his follow-up and support all the way until the last minute to make sure everything went smoothly. He truly provided excellent customer service. However, I was very disappointed with the delivery experience. When the delivery staff arrived, I politely asked if they could remove their shoes or wear booties before bringing the furniture inside. I was told "no, and if you have a problem, call my manager." I accepted this because I did not want to cancel the delivery and reschedule for another day, but the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a customer inviting people into my home, I don't think that was an unreasonable request. During the delivery, one of the delivery staff injured his leg and was bleeding onto my carpet. We were concerned about him and tried to help by providing bandages twice to stop the bleeding. I truly felt bad for him and hope he is doing well. In addition, there was damage to my stairs during the delivery process, and I was not informed about it at the time. I only discovered the damage after the team had already left my home, which was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I am giving this review 5 stars mainly out of respect and appreciation for Steve Romero's outstanding support and professionalism throughout the process. I hope the delivery experience can improve in the future.

My landscaper ordered 3" Black Slate rock from here based on the photos and description on their website. What I received, however, was nothing like what was advertised. Trying to resolve the issue amicably, I sent a polite email on September 18, 2024, with pictures and proof of the discrepancy between what they sold and what was delivered. I received no response. On September 21, 2024, I called and spoke with Dillon, who confirmed I had used the correct email and mentioned several people monitor it daily. He assured me the matter would be addressed. I followed up with another email the same day, yet here we are, September 28, 2024, and still no response. This company has made it clear they have no interest in customer satisfaction or even engaging in a mature conversation to resolve this issue. The lack of communication is not only frustrating but unprofessional. I strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business here. They have shown a complete disregard for their customers, and I regret trusting their product descriptions and service. Below is a copy of what I sent them to info@rockproslandscape.com. If I don't hear from them again, I will have to take the next step. Order Details: * Product Name: 3" Minus Black Slate * Date of Purchase: August 8th, 2024 Upon receiving this product, I noticed that it looks significantly different from what was displayed on your website. Specifically, the color is grey not black. I questioned my contractor about this, and he said he questioned a rep from Rock Pros about the same thing. He was told, once you wet it the color will be black and it's just very dusty. My contractor demonstrated that to me and your rep was right. After my contractor laid down the 8 yards of rock and washed it down, it matched your website. Once it dried, it was grey. I figured it would take some time to remove the dust and the rocks would remain black just like the name 3" Black Slate. After about a month of washing it down, the rocks remain grey not black. This discrepancy has caused some disappointment, as I was expecting the product to align more closely with the images provided online for my expensive backyard. Although, your website does say "Material pictured has been washed down for aesthetic purposes" it does not represent the true color of the product when it dries or purchased. Could you please advise on the best way to resolve this situation? ( Pictures of my backyard sent) Please let me know if you need any other information. And it's also a Fusion mineral paint distributor with a great selection in-store, plus the option to purchase online. To help you learn how to get the most from your furniture paint purchase, they offer classes in the back of their beautiful store. I took a Painting 101 class with Mary, the owner, and she was a terrific teacher. Here's what I loved: FAIR PRICING: I had been looking for a class and saw them offered at $65 to $95, so her fee of $75 was very competitive. The difference was that I could use the class to paint my own item, if I liked, rather than just try techniques on wood boards, as some do. All supplies were included in the 3-hour class. APPROACHABLE STYLE: Answered questions patiently and thoroughly, demonstrated techniques and tricks, and offered advice while STILL asking your personal project preferences on color, wax use, distress level, etc. She was generous with her time and expertise -- which just makes me want to give her more business. This is exactly the kind of local, small business that you want to see thrive. It's a go-to stop for me -- whether shopping for a gift or doing a painting project.

    Warranty Misrepresentation, Management Silence, and Zero Accountability…read more I am extremely disappointed with Airport Home Appliance and would strongly caution others before purchasing extended warranties here. In May 2023, I purchased several major appliances under Invoice #SOA52784 and made it clear that I wanted the appropriate extended warranties for my appliances. I relied on Airport Home Appliance's expertise when selecting both the appliances and the warranties. No documentation was provided that would have allowed a reasonable customer to verify that the warranty sold was incorrect or incomplete. Fast forward ~1.5 years: my Café induction range (stove) requires a $1,200 repair. This is exactly the type of failure extended warranty coverage is intended to address. Beginning November 20, 2024, I contacted Airport Home Appliance repeatedly (Nov 20, Nov 26, Dec 3, early Dec, and Dec 10) requesting warranty assistance. Every single time, I was told that a manager would call me back. No one ever did. When I finally received a written response from the store manager, it referenced the wrong appliance entirely (the refrigerator) and failed to address the actual issue: that Airport Home Appliance sold the wrong warranty and provided no documentation to reasonably identify the mistake at the time of purchase. The response simply stated that a warranty could not be added now -- completely missing the point. Since that response, Airport Home Appliance has gone silent. This experience shows: Poor warranty guidance at point of sale No documentation transparency Repeated broken promises of management follow-up Incorrect and careless responses from leadership Complete lack of accountability once payment is made For a company selling high-end appliances and extended warranties, this level of customer service and post-sale support is unacceptable. If you are considering Airport Home Appliance, be aware that once there is a problem, you may be on your own.
