Visited my friend over the weekend and was amazed by the amount of moths coming into his apartment (even with the window staying closed) and the moths in the hall. Amenities were great and a lot of area to hang socially in the building and the area!
In response to their response is that my friend was told to just deal with it when she voiced concern about the amount of moths. I think they need to upgrade their exterior air intake for next years moth season.
Just got back from another visit and the pool amenities were not open. I guess don't rent if you're wanting to use exterior amenities. Also, their gym is starting to look a bit dirty, dusty and foggy on mirrors. Not to mention the toilet that was stopped up for the entire time I was there along with previous week according to someone I saw in the gym. It seems like the building relies on amenities and no upkeep, doors were not even working into the lobby so the residences need to use a manual door to get their bikes into the bike room (which isn't secured).
If you're looking for a well kept building, clean amenities and properly managed building, this may not be the best option for you.
Late September update, the only thing resolved is the Poop in the toilet in the gym... and... that's all. Still a moth issue, broken doors are still present, dirty gym, and bad building management. Ok the bright side I hear they did put some odor fans around the common areas... maybe this is to mask the smell? :/ don't bet on it being easy to get your bike into the building.. oh the pool is back open, I guess that's a win! Still no overnight security or presence, so much so that there was a light over the "reception desk" that was laying on the floor last weekend or so... totally pulled out of the ceiling haha, what a joke... the management team is full of empty promises and sweet/promising words on here... a smile and word only goes so far when actions aren't implemented!
If you like cold showers, and no heat, along with no emergency building numbers working.. this is the place for you, new ownership can't even help this disaster of a building!!!!! Run run run, do not rent here!
Makes sense with recent articles on the sale. https://therealdeal.com/national/denver/2024/11/13/cim-group-buys-apartment-towers-in-denver-for-102-million/
