I was one of the first residents to move into the building, at first I loved living here but that opinion has steadily declined since then.
The one consistently positive aspect has been the leasing office staff. They have always been friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful whenever I've interacted with them.
However, the building itself has had numerous serious problems. There have been multiple extended power outages, with the most recent lasting approximately 30 hours. During these situations, communication from management has been minimal and largely unhelpful, often consisting of emails suggesting residents use common areas and amenities that still had power.
The trash and recycling chutes are frequently out of service, sometimes for days at a time, resulting in garbage piling up halfway to the ceiling in the trash rooms. Fire alarms also seem to malfunction regularly. In one instance, all of the alarms in my unit began going off at 5:00 a.m., requiring a visit from the fire department. They ultimately determined the alarms were faulty--even though the building was only a few months old at the time.
My unit has also experienced ongoing electrical issues. Maintenance staff and electricians have visited multiple times over the past 10 months, yet several outlets still do not function properly.
The biggest issue, however, is the location. The building is essentially situated within the Mile High Stadium parking area. Whenever there is a game, concert, or major event, roads surrounding the property are routinely closed. Meaning every access route to the building is blocked, making it impossible for residents to enter or leave. For the premium rent charged here, it's unacceptable to have a home that can become completely inaccessible due to nearby events. This is an issue Greystar should have addressed with the city before the property was ever built.
Given the number of recurring maintenance problems, infrastructure failures, lack of communication during emergencies, and accessibility challenges, I can no longer recommend living here. read more
