Dr. Ghavami was so sweet and wanted to make sure we received everything we needed. He was thoughtful and respectful of my decisions as a mom. He was playful and silly with the boys and made our trip much easier. My boys struggled with their fingers being pricked as they have Autism and had a meltdown but the staff were very understanding and helped us through it. The vaccines were always on time and they were always scheduled ahead from prior vaccine visits. They are very good about returning calls after hours as well in case you are having an emergency with your little one. The positive: never crowded, timely and friendly. They don't bother me at all but I wish they take their time to explain and answer my questions. Sometimes, I make questions ahead of time in fear I'll run out of appointment time! First they changed the name and didn't not send an email, a letter or a systematic message on the phone to notify me. When I called to make my appointment I was scheduled for a date and time, when I showed up to the appointment I was informed that I didn't have an appointment that day and they didn't see any appointments for me at all. Then, I asked to be scheduled for the next day and I was given a time. When I showed up, I was informed that my appointment is for 3:15 PM and not 2PM. I had nothing to eat to be at this appointment and I was behind on my meds just to get my blood work done... I also took time from work for both appointments and I had to be back at work after rescheduled appointments. I had to find a substitute to cover me since I was not going to be available for another appointment in like another month.
