Was in Orland with my BFF and we decided to popover to Wu's for dinner. I had the tonkotsu, and my bestie had vege ramen. My ramen broth was so warm and flavorful, I was practically drinking it. Perfect as we were there during a crazy thunderstorm. I had leftovers and ordered more broth to-go, and got another two portions out of it. Felt like great value for money! Service was just okay, not particularly attentive but not an issue. Overall, not a bad slurp to be found in our meal. I'll definitely return when I'm back in the area. read more

honestly, love that there's a Ramen shop in Orland Park considering the rest of them are all in the city, but I just can't keep going here after my last experience. Typically me and a friend would come here every so often which is considerably a lot. I would say about once a month and we usually get quick service and our food is for the most part accurate but that's also where I have a problem with this specific Ramen shop. We had been there on 28 March 2026 and I had ordered the spicy beef Ramen while my friend ordered Ramen with a chicken base and we had a few problems, I used to ask the staff there to take out certain parts of the spicy beef Ramen and add an extra noodle on the side because that's the way. I always liked my Ramen in there but ever since six months ago I completely stopped asking because every time I'd ask the staff would write either nothing down. Or they would write it down and it would still come with everything that I wanted off of it so that's my first problem. My second problem is that my friend had ordered extra egg on the side and ended up getting extra chicken on the side, which is a staff mistake. And the staff never came back around until they brought the egg out and told us that they had made a mistake, but that they had to charge us for it, which was roughly a 10 minute waiting. Period to even figure that information out. So within that 10 minutes, he just put the chicken in his broth and we had told them when they came back with the eggs that we no longer wanted the eggs and they said they can't do that because they had already put them in the system and charged us for them on our bill. Long story short, the staff charged us for a staff mistake which I don't know how they make mistakes like that if they're not that big of a restaurant and not consistently always busy. for some reason, I always get the same server as well and she has never made my order accurately to how I actually want my order and I ordered the same thing every time I go there If I were you go here with caution I would also consider taking out orders instead of eating in because everything comes can you separate it how you want? read more

Visted Wu's Ramen for dinner. They greeted us instantly and we were seated within 3-5 minutes. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable to any dish questions and options we had. We ordered the seafood ramen and requested it spicy with extra vegetables, gyoza for a appetizer and milk tea for a drink. Points are taken away because it is imitation crab meat in the seafood ramen and they will not let you substitute it out. Overall the food had a good spice and flavor to it and the milk tea was refreshing and creamy. This is a good sit down, casual restaurant to enjoy a bowl of ramen. read more

So, the four of us well traveled work friends all decided to have the spicy beef Ramen. It was delicious and the staff was very friendly. We go to lunch at different places every week and Wu's Ramen didn't disappoint. We have eaten at just about all of their locations and are very happy with the food and service. We will definitely be coming back! All of their restaurant's are sparkling clean and comfortable. Lunch cost us $20.00/each so not too bad. read more

I don't like leaving a review like this as the food and establishment wasn't that bad but oh my the waitress was not it I came here with my siblings and wanted to treat them to some ramen I came in here with a budget and as we were leaving I paid for 92 dollars and left a tip I've done and have been in the food service industry and appreciate any tip I get but the lady as soon as she saw me put a custom amount rather than picking one of the options below she was really trying to hassle us for a higher tip even saying that what I wrote goes to the boss and not her like lady it's the same result and that really didn't sit well with me at all. This is purely a review of the vegetarian ramen option. First of all, the "vege" ramen isn't vegetarian, and to Wu's credit, they note it's not OK for those with seafood allergies (scallop). So of course I asked. There's vegetarian broth, but the seasoning has scallops. No problem; I ordered mine without the seasoning. Unfortunately without the seasoning, the vegetable broth is incredibly bland. I added soy sauce and realize from reading other reviews that I should have requested sriracha or at least dosed up my ramen with additional topping options (extra charge) from the other side of the menu. (The ramen comes with green onions, seaweed, corn (!), bamboo shoots, bok choy, bean sprouts, and fried tofu. The online menu also mentions radishes and arugula, which would have helped.) I tried dunking the seaweed into the broth but it didn't help much. Service was pleasant and the restaurant looks great; the vege ramen just doesn't have much to it. tldr; If you're vegetarian, there are much better options elsewhere. If you're stuck here for some reason, sex up that ramen as much as you can or it will be very bland. read more

Only complaint: even when it's almost empty, they insist on putting people right next to each other, even during a PANDEMIC, in a small space where you can't social distance and you can hear even the quietest speaking. I was eagerly waiting for this place to open up and finally it's up and running. I decided to try their 6.seafood ramen which originally has chicken broth but they easily replaced it with vegetarian broth..honestly it was sooo good. I tried ramen in the city but this definitely beats that one...their vegetarian broth was quite flavorful. The portion size was just perfect. The ambience of the place is very nice. They have a lot of seats available so we didn't have to wait at all. It took them about 7-10 mins to have our order ready which was just perfect amount of time. We've been wanting to try this place for a while now and I'm so glad we finally made our way out! We were a party of three but our third was going to be a ways behind us, so two of us got started with a couple small plates at a time. First the shishito peppers. The oil and seasoning were delicious, and heat was perfect. we almost ordered a second round but decided to go for the crab Rangoon and gyoza next. Both were delicious. I've never had rangoon so full -- serious bang for your buck -- and the sweet and sour sauce it's served with was *chefs kiss*. I opted for the seafood ramen which was super filling and flavorful. I also added kimchi for a little extra spice, and it was a great move. My dining partners got the spicy tonkatsu and miso ramen bowls, and they were both said their dishes were delicious. Serving sizes were huge, only one of us was able to finish the whole bowl, two of us took our leftovers to go. Our server very kindly took our bowls and packed it up for us. and it was just as delicious today as it was last night! We finished off with a couple of different deserts. The lychee served with the anmista tasted so fresh, and the tempura ice cream was ah-may-zing! While we were waiting on the deserts to come out, our server brought us out a round of sake bombs. (Not on the menu so you have to ask and it will be priced a little weirdly on your tab.) he cleared our whole table and set them all up for us, and he and another employee (manager maybe?) cane out and coached us through knocking the sake off the chopsticks and into our beers. We had a BLAST and not one of us had a single complaint about the whole meal! We will absolutely be back. Update: went back to some delicious ramen and boy oh boy was it expensive. They raised the price tremendously for some ramen. It was $11.99 and now it's $14.99!!!! Holy cow $3 per bowl. My family of 4 we paid over $70!!!! For ramen. Not worth it at all. Another restaurant bites the dust. Spicy tonkatsu Ramen was delicious! It has the perfect amount of spice and if you want more, just add some spicy chili oil. Only thing missing is bok choy or some greens besides green onion.
