Great little neighborhood spot! The space is interesting and clean, service was nice, food delicious. The brats are *huge* too, so watch out for those. This place is great, loved everything I tried - pierogi, hush puppies, brat, andouille, and kielbasa. I got the 3 sausage platter, gave about half of it to my friends so they could try the sausages they didn't order, and I was still stuffed. The sausages are huge. I highly recommend Wurst Behavior. The food is outstanding!! Everything we ordered was great--fantastic flavors--and carefully prepared and presented. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. All of our sandwiches were first-rate, with great buns and toppings, and the sides--pretzels, potato pancakes, and Brussels sprouts--were absolutely delicious. Excellent drink choices, too. Food was definitely fresh and home made. However it was missing a little something and was slightly bland.

Ate at Wurst Behavior for the first time last weekend and it was excellent! We had the Kielbasa, Traditional Brat, Pierogies, and cocktails. No offense to those who love sausages, but I never expected to be so impressed by any sausage from anywhere. They are homemade and perfectly cooked, and man it makes a difference. Take out took way too long which I was surprised because I've been in once before and even fully busy, my food came out faster than this order. Was only one in the place- asked for a cocktail and two orders of perogies to go. Took 30 minutes and only received one order so even more so, I'm okay with being misheard but for 6 perogies- 30 minutes is lengthy. My food came out after other tables that showed up after me started receiving food. Wasn't even given the sauces that they come with usually which is EXTRA annoying after that wait and finally getting home- onions aren't all the way cooked so it's clear they forgot about it. Love their cocktails and the bartender that seems to work there most of the time nonetheless. Highly recommend the peaches and cream cocktail. All the sausages are made in house, very tasty and large; the french fries are fresh cut, the brussels sprouts appetizer is crispy, delicious, and the portion is generous. The beer and cocktail selections are nicely curated, too! This is a wonderful hidden gem which I will visit often. read more

While I do miss Taco Max being in this location, Wurst Behavior is a really nice addition to the neighborhood. Plus, I still go to TM, just on Montrose. Anyhow, WB is great. I had the andouille and kielbasa platter. They were both excellent, though I preferred the kielbasa. Fries were good too. Also, they treat their coleslaw nicely - simple, clean and devoid of any gloppy characteristics. The staff was also great - attentive and laid back. The space itself has been improved greatly. It has a really comfortable and cozy vibe in there now. I will say those metal chairs are a little too "slidey" though - sit up straight, or else... I'll be heading back. read more

The food here is outrageously good. I don't even get it because it's some really basic dishes. Everything is next level. The bread, the sausage, the sides....so extra in just the way you'd want. First let me explain my wife and I are purists when it comes to Chicago dogs. They are steamed, not grilled. The Chicago Dogs here are grilled so how can the restaurant get 5 starts? They are that good. We tried a number off different menu items all except 1 were great. To begin with they have, hands down, one of two best buns/rolls I have ever had. Calling it Perfect doesn't do it justice. The hot dog itself is quality from the casing to the meat. The Italian sausage sandwich was equally delicious as was the Chile dog. Their almost full bar served nice sized, reasonably priced drinks. Try the Pina Colada! The one flat spot was the potato salad, it was a bit boring. read more

This might be our new favorite spot!!! Not only was the ambience and food incredible, but the manager and staff in general went above and beyond to make our experience a happy and fulfilling one. As soon as we stepped foot inside this new restaurant in our neighborhood we were greeted with a hello and a warm smile from the manager, our server was great at telling us about the food items on the menu and taking our order and checking up on us in a timely manner throughout the meal. Not pictured but, HIGHLY recommend the hush puppies and pierogi as we got those as apps and then feasted on our two sausage dogs pictured. Everything was so good we genuinely can't wait to be back and try more, also definitely looking forward to the karaoke nights they plan on doing and beer garden patio when the weather permits in the following seasons! Very impressed by the hospitality as well; beer, hot dogs, and karaoke was what sold us from the outside and the genuine hospitality will surely have us returning as regular customers in the near future !
