At the desk I said oh gosh what happened and she said oh idk that happens if they wiggle. My dog is never a problem at the vet or the groomer. I had to go straight to the vet from the groomer. He had to go on antibiotics and have wound care. I called asking them to cover the bill of about 200 and they refused to speak with me or work with me. After that I decided never again and I told and showed the community what they did. This was a while ago but as I was searching for a groomer today I came upon this one and decided it deserved a review. This is to protect all the voiceless pups out there and to alert owners that if you love your dog don't go here. Hurting a dog accidentally and owning it and apologizing is one thing. Being nasty and difficult and saying this is normal is not ok. A simple apology and pleasant attitude fits a long way.

I have miniature Yorkie special breed with a silver crown little silver hair on the top. When I picked my dog up, I was so disappointed. I am attaching the picture. They cut the top of the head completely so close in one spot, that it was red irritated skin. When I asked the manager what happened ,the answer was "well there was matted hair so the groomer couldn't brush it out ,so he got it out by cutting it. " And I replied WOW every little dog pools and they don't like to be brushed. Especially my dog is only a year old, I told her that you need to have patience. It looked terrible. Manager had no concerns Amanda front desk, was so surprised and very sad for me. I was very disappointed left in tears because I knew that my husband would be so upset. This is my husband's emotional support dog due to his illness of cancer. I don't think I will be coming back. I will be canceling my membership. Unfortunately I never met the groomer ,never apologize to me and I don't like my dog to be hurt. Told me she couldnt express his booty because she didnt trust herself to not hurt him. The washing area was so dirty. Smelled like dog pee that had been sitting for weeks. The tub was dirty. The handles of the faucet didnt work, you had to reach around to the water pipes to turn it on and off. The dryer was broken. The towels were stained yellow, dirty and smelled horrible. My dog ended up leaving wet. They have a doggy day care and while we were there we kept hearing dogs yelping and sounds like dogs fighting. Peaked over at it a few times. The workers didnt do anything. Both the workers and the dogs looked absolutely miserable. Looked more like a dog shelter than a doggy day care. No toys, dog pee on the floor. Absolutely disgusting place.
