    Killer vegan Mac n cheese!
    Brad M.

As far as vegan or vegetarian options go, this place is a home run! It's imply one of the best vegan restaurants I've been to, and the attitude of the lady behind the bar made this a 5 STAR choice easily! On the night we were in there (we went 3X)... it was packed! It might've been a hidden gem, but the word is OUT! Don't plan on your food being rushed! We had the burrito, and it was filling and delicious! The picture of the corn on my artichoke heart and broccoli pizza almost broke my FB! Let me tell you now... if you don't know, you better find out! It was incredible! Cooked right, and delicious! Then the desserts! I was like a fat kid on a day pass from summer camp! Red Velvet cake, cupcakes, etc... OOOOhhhh... I"d be HUGE if I lived here! 5 STARS easy!

This place is cute, but not super great. I can see why it would be attractive to vegans or anyone who wants to eat a vegan meal. It does have a great variety on the menu, good for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a coffee. However, they don't accept cash, which is quite backwards, especially in a tourist-heavy area where people are trying to avoid international charges. The Black Currant lemonade was good, but the Truffle Pasta had no flavor really. It definitely could've been spiced up a bit. I had to use a lot of salt to give it a taste.

100% plant based. Beautiful, modern, yet comfortable vibe. I ordered the cauliflower steak and mac n' cheese. The cauliflower was tender and tasty and the mac was the best vegan mac I've ever had. If I'm ever back in town I will definitely make a special trip back here for lunch.

I spent almost 3 weeks between London, Paris, and Belfast and the only repeat restaurant that I visited was Wulf and Lamb. It is on the cutest street right around the corner from the Sloane Street Station for the tube and several bus stops. I really wanted to try one of their burgers and asked if I could substitute a small side of macaroni and cheese for the fries, but was told that the macaroni only comes in the one size and cannot be swapped out. That was disappointing. So, I ordered a salad and macaroni and the macaroni was the true star. The salad was okay, but the tofu was underwhelming. When I was back in London a couple weeks later, I went back because I'd been thinking about the macaroni the whole time! This time, I got the pizza with it and it was also a bit underwhelming. Waaaay too much oregano and the cheese was pretty slimy/sticky. The burgers did look good, so I'd go back for that, and the baked goods looked pretty delicious also. I would recommend it to vegans/vegetarians in the area!

One of the best vegan scrambled I've had, especially not a tofu-based scramble. The food was hot and delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. Will def come back!

Another great place for vegan and vegetarian food! The environment and location is great. There is an outdoor patio that is totally beautiful and green. The food was delicious and we got our food in less than 15 min. Wonderful quiet place for a meal.

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. LOCATION: It's in Chelsea, which is a nice area of London already, but even better, the little street/area that this restaurant is on is super nice and clean. I love the vibe of the area. 4/5 ATMOSPHERE: The vibe of the actual restaurant is nice too. It's super clean, and the decor is all well put-together and welcoming. 4/5 SELECTION: It's all vegan. They have a breakfast menu in the morning, with a good variety of dishes, and then they have a regular lunch/dinner menu for the rest of the day. I honestly kind of wish the regular menu had a bit more variety, as there's only different 10 mains, but I think they're planning on adding some more menu items soon, at least according to their website. 3/5 WHAT I GOT: I got their Summer Greens & Tahini and a side of their Roast Wedges with Rosemary & Thyme. They were both pretty good. The greens dish comes with steamed broccoli, edamame beans (I didn't eat those though), sugar snaps, cucumber, courgette, marinated carrot with seasonal leaves, and tahini dressing on the side. The veggies were all fresh and high quality, but I think some of them could've been cooked a little more thoroughly. Other than that, I enjoyed a clean, steamed dish. Oh, and the tahini dressing was more of a thick dip, not a dressing to drizzle. And it was okay, but I'm not a big tahini fan, so I didn't really eat it. But if you like tahini, I'm sure you'd love it. Anyways, the potato wedges (it comes with regular and sweet potato) were nice also. They were cooked thoroughly, tasted great, and tasted high quality. They were't oily either, which I appreciated. And the herbs kicked the flavor up a notch too. I'd definitely recommend those. And I definitely go back here. 3/5 SERVICE: The service was good. The staff seemed nice and our food came out in good timing. 4/5

Linguine, vegan burger with vegan cheese, and open face burrito. Linguine is super creamy and delicious. Sat on the back (downstairs) patio; simply lovely.

Food was fine, but really nothing to write home about. I had the vegan pizza and found the cheese to be unpleasant in texture and taste was just alright. Perhaps I ordered poorly, but my friend didn't love her green chicken curry either. The main thing that got me was the prices. Too expensive for the portions I'd say. Also the service was just alright, definitely could have been friendlier! Overall I would try it again, but don't think it's really worth it. There are plenty of vegan places in london that are a better bang for your buck and have amazing vegan food too.

Widely regarded as one of the city's most popular vegan restaurants, it delivers food that is satisfying, hearty, and packed with flavour. I ordered the Chick+n Caesar Burger, which featured a plant-based chick+n patty, Caesar mayonnaise, lettuce, and red onion relish. My wife chose the Beetroot Carrot Vada Burger, made with a masala-spiced beetroot and carrot patty, mango lime slaw, green chutney, and tamarind chutney. Both burgers were served with a generous portion of fries and made for a very filling meal. What stood out most was the quality of the flavours and the portion sizes. Every ingredient felt thoughtfully chosen, and the combinations worked exceptionally well together. As someone who regularly eats meat, I was genuinely impressed by the texture and flavour of the Chick+n Caesar Burger. We also ordered two fresh juices: the Cucumber, Celery & Apple and the Pineapple, Apple, Ginger & Turmeric. Both were refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or simply looking to try something different, Mildreds is well worth a visit. The menu is creative, the food is delicious, and the overall experience demonstrates just how good plant-based dining can be. There are 40 different dishes offered daily, including salads, hot dishes, and desserts. All of the stuff I got was vegan. It was all pretty good and tasted fresh and of good quality -- in fact, it was probably the best buffet/hot food type bar I've ever been to. None of it tasted like it'd been sitting out for a while, and none of it was undercooked or tasted too processed. The only complaint I have is that I wish they refrained from using oil, but it actually could've been much worse, so that's that. 3/5 SERVICE: The employees seemed friendly. I got there at about 8:15pm and the woman that greeted me was pretty calm cool and collected even though the place was JAM PACKED- with several people waiting outside to pick up delivery orders or waiting to be seated. She was multitasking for sure- taking orders at tables, dealing with Uber Eats folks, as well as people coming in for a table, and me picking up my online order. It was a bit of chaos but she said to give her 2 mins. I said I'll give you 5 trying to be cool because she was working hard. About 13 mins later a young woman (20s or so) came over and asked me to step outside. I politely told her 'that woman' (pointed in the nice lady's direction) said I could wait here, so I'd rather stay here to get my order. Based on her facial expression and the fact that she went to another employee to obviously complain about me - I wasn't going to budge - and get sent outside to be forgotten about.
