I can't recommend European Autocare and One Stop Shop highly enough…read more I was first introduced to European Autocare when AAA towed my Porsche Cayenne there after a strange issue where the audio system kept shutting down and draining the battery. The AAA driver recommended the shop, and I'm so glad he did. George, the owner, is a genuinely kind and honest gentleman. He spent about 20 minutes carefully diagnosing the problem and told me, very transparently, that it wasn't something his shop could fix--that I would need to go to the dealer for a replacement part. He didn't charge me a dime for his time. That level of honesty is rare. Since then, I've been going to him for regular maintenance on my older vehicle, and every experience has been excellent. The team is consistently professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Pricing has always been fair--no pressure, no upselling, and absolutely no price gouging. Recently, I needed help with a bumper issue on another car and found out George also runs a body shop in San Marcos. Even though they're normally closed on weekends, he made a special exception to meet me there. When I asked if I could pick up the car at his Rancho Bernardo location after the repair, he didn't hesitate to accommodate. On top of that, my car was extremely low on gas, and he told me not to worry about it--he'd take care of it so I could get back without any issues. That kind of above-and-beyond service truly earns lifelong customers. It's rare to find an auto shop that combines honesty, skill, fairness, and genuine care for customers. George and his team set the standard. I wholeheartedly recommend European Autocare in Rancho Bernardo and One Stop Shop in San Marcos.

I'm happy with the service I received, the cost was roughly half the price I got from other shops in the area which was pretty reasonable and so European Auto Care financially saved me a lot in the moment. I'd say it's definitely worth getting a free inspection check and another opinion here and comparing quotes with other shops before doing a large repair. It only took about a day or two and the car is all fixed up. Only thing is they did forget to put wheel nuts in replacement of my wheel locks so I drove around without wheel nuts and had to return multiple times and wait for that to be fixed. Overall it was a cheaper alternative to other shops locally which was helpful.

I have been rebuilding a 1997 Jeep Wrangler TJ for three years now, and have relied on this team to advise me and perform the hard work of making it run like new again. Well, with 218,000 miles (plus), my Jeep is running better than new and I love it! Best customer service and loyalty to customers!!! Recently, I had to repair my front drive shaft as it was freezing up (after 218K miles, it's inevitable). They gave me a repair quote which was reasonable, and went to work. When I received my Jeep back a few days later, there was a BRAND NEW drive shaft in place of my old one. Lloyd told me they couldn't repair the extensive damage, however since they quoted me an amount to repair the old one, they only charged me for the original repair cost. The new driveshaft was significantly more expensive, but Manny said that when he gives a quote, he stands by his word. AMAZING! It's gets better... I took the Jeep home and noticed a vibration at higher speeds, so I consulted with Manny and Lloyd about it. The took it back immediately and did a thorough investigation on everything including the new driveshaft. Not only did they replace the new driveshaft with a much more expensive one, but they charged me ZERO for the work! I didn't even need to sign a paper when they returned it to me. My Jeep runs so well now, thanks to this team! Poway Transmission strongly believes in customer service and the honorable delivery of expert care. They will bend over backwards to make it right, period. It's so rare these days to encounter good, honest service shops that know what they are doing, and believe in the value of the handshake. THANK YOU POWAY TRANSMISSION for raising the bar for the rest of the service industry! Sincerely, Whit Robinson

There are quite a few people recommended this shop either know the owners and too have had work done here. I trusted the recommendation to have a solenoid valve replaced here called last week to get parts ordered and scheduled in bcos I live up north but work in San Diego. I filled out scheduling a visit that got no response. So I decided to give them a call as I've spoken to Monica and she is the one that does all paperwork and order parts. She said she'd get quotes and call me back. A few days went by no response, so I call again. I'm working on it, I'll call you back. Today is a new week and still no response. It's shocking when I tell people who recommended me, what I've began to go through and their responses were to contact the Dunns because that's not how they do business. I have yet to do that but I'm considering the suggestion. I can't seem to understand why Monica's behavior has changed this way towards helping that shop earn business. Btw I also left a voice message and still no response. I'd honestly like to know is it because my skin color don't fit or is there something I'm missing? Because who does stuff like this to a customer for no reason. If the owners read this I have a quick question. Is my money no good for your business. Just asking. Thx

Honesty, integrity, value, and quality of work performed are the criteria I judge all service providers on and Randy, Lizet, Brian, and the shop have exceeded my expectations for each. I have never gone to a mechanic with a quote for a specific service and gone to pick-up my car for $300 LESS, because they found that the thermostat was still perfectly functional and did NOT need to be replaced. They could have easily charged me for the quoted amount that I agreed to and replaced the part anyway, but instead, continued to reaffirm my decision for why I keep coming back. Trust with a mechanic/auto shop is a delicate balance and I'm happy to say that my confidence in them for all of my vehicles is strong. I highly recommend DI Motorsports to my family and co-workers, and definitely to anyone reading this! I rely on Yelp to find quality local businesses, especially in this economy, so I try to always provide detailed feedback for those that I have experience with. Thanks again for getting me squared away!
