Take note that when purchasing shoes from a WSS location if the shoes are defective/ or have a manufacture defect the store will not honor an even exchange nor return. After speaking with Alex from WSS customer service team he confirmed that if the shoes are defective the customer will be told to 1. contact customer service who then will determine if it is a defect and then 2. communicate back to the store to honor an even exchange. 3. After waiting for who knows how long you will be told to return to the store for the exchange. That is horrible customer service ! So if you're ok with throwing away your money by all means make your shoe purchases at the WSS locations. Do not take your frustration on the employees of these locations they have nothing to do with this policy, they just help reinforce it. Received my order today. One pair of shoes had no shoes strings looked like it had been used in returned or used very much in the store as a display. Did not even have the paper wrapping inside the box. Called yet it replaced. They will not replace it they will only refund it. If I want them replaced I have to reorder and pay shipping on top of it. That's a rip off too it's customers they do it on purpose to get extra money out of you when you want it replaced. read more

Horrible experience with this store. I totally understand shoes need to be new and unused for a return. I only wore these shoes twice. Barely even any use. I got my results from my dr saying I couldn't wear these types of shoes. I wanted just a simple exchange or even a gift card so I could come back and get the proper pair. The manager on duty didn't even want to do that for me. She seemed to have no compassion at all that I had a medical condition and just wanted a simple gift card. Love the conviene of having a shoe store in Coachella but the customer service is horrible. When we were paying we set our stuff at the register and the cashier didn't acknowledge us. She was doing something work related but didn't even bother to let us know she would help us out when she was done. We stood there for about 2min. On another occasion we walked in 10min before closing we already knew what we wanted so there was no need to browse and they let us know they were closing and couldn't shop any more. We proceeded anyway since we saw people at the store. When paying at the register again no customer service and when we asked why the need for rudeness their response was that they were closing and needed time to count the register. read more

They advertise select shoes for a BYGO 50% off, I got 2 shoes that had the logo and at the register they wouldn't let me purchase because they were "suede" after I showed him the picture that states BYGO. The staff was very rude not willing to help as I was going to purchase 6 other pairs of shoes, BIG TIME LOSS on their part. Manager Nieves need more training on customer service, respect and kindness! Don't know how she still works there. I started off buying a pair of nikes for my son and asked for a size 10. I was given an 9.5, without being informed. So when I got home and my son said they were to right, I went back the next morning to exchange them for a size 10. That's when I understood why they gave me a 9.5. they didn't have 10. So I wanted to get another pair of shoes for him instead but they said they were dusty and wouldn't return them. But I wanted an exchange. So I had to go to DM who did the right thing. Thanks Ty. And was able to exchange them for another pair. That's when Joe said I had to spend the whole 140$ I spent. So I wasn't gonna argue it's all for my son anyway, right. So I got him another pair of shoes , socks, shorts. Today I went to return the second pair of shoes he didn't want. My boyfriend went a few months back looking for gym shoes, since he enrolled in planet fitness that's next to this shop. When he went he was wearing new converse that I had given him for his birthday. When he couldn't find the right shoes he was looking for and was about to leave the place, a young woman employee aproched him and ask him about his converse, making it seemed like he took them from the store. And he asked her do you think I stole them? To which she had the nerve to say yes. At which point my boyfriend was really upset and told her to look on the cameras, and that's when she just replied no. Like regretting saying she implied he had stole them. I told my boyfriend that he should have spoken to the manager but I guess he didn't wanted to make a big deal out of it. But still I believe that he should have put a report on that employee. And that they have horrible costumer service, imagine doing that to costumers, harassing and accusing them just because they are wearing new looking shoes without even having proof of any wrong doing. I wish I had that woman's name so everyone knows what she did and maybe keeps on doing. read more

All the times I have been there, it's been a good time because of the employees and overall the environment. It's not loaded with a bunch of shoes but it has a satisfying selection of them, I usually do find what I need from basic shoes and I recommend it because it also has a good selection of socks and sweaters. read more

Awful store, wouldn't recommend the store in Coachella at all. the service is bad and there is very little selections of shoes to pick from and the shoes they do have normally the store lacks in sizes. The employees would rather talk to each other then help out costumers and management will rather call other employees then to help out personally.
