It was more expensive but turn around was better. I first started my quesitons on the phone with a person named Miles this gentleman was very helpful & nice but after taking the laptop into be serviced I encountered a man named Jim, he was very dull & not wanting to answer questions. Then when they called back to quote us our repair prices he gave specific prices & different things we could do. I wrote them all down & the prices. We agreed on one service then when we went to pay for them they were $150 more than what they quoted. Then Jim called it a "miscommunication" ... but he gave the prices to me & my husband on separate phone calls! Then I asked to speak to a manager who Jim said was MIKE, he then must be Jim's side kick because he acted the same way Jim did! RUDE, SHORT & NOT WILLING TO HELP AT ALL!! They must not care about customer service & they say any problem is miscommunication! Make sure you know what you are getting from this company! They will quote you a price & then when you come into pay they will charge you more!!! Also I looked on their website & it listed Mike as a TECH not a Manager ...interesting!

I have never had this issue before with owning a cell phone, so I was really nervous to have someone work on it. I also was nervous at how long it would take, as with any repair place it is usually over promised and under delivered. Not so with CPR. I walked in and was greeted right away by the owner, who then said since there was no one ahead of me, they could have it done in 35 minutes. I opted to go grocery shopping and come back, and the total cost ended up being $92 including tax. I received a coupon for my next visit, and while I hope I don't have to use it, I will happily return to this store.

I then called Apple support they told me it is a fake screen and he is not authorized with Apple to give genuine apply displays. I was given a fake screen and was lied to... I do not recommend going here, getting a repair from an authorized service provider only cost $10 more

The screen on my child's iPad shattered on the way home from a road trip. Apparently, "it just broke on its own," according to said kid, but really, it looked like someone stepped on the iPad. Hmm, I wonder how that can happen, especially if you leave the iPad on the floor of the car like mom tells you not to do? Anyway, we called uBreakiFix on the way home, and we were able to schedule a drop off immediately. So we drove straight there and dropped off the shattered iPad on a Saturday evening. They told us it could be around 72 hours before we received it back. By Sunday evening, less than 24 hours later, the iPad was fixed and everything worked like normal. It was an amazingly quick fix on something that looked like it would take a while to deal with. We were very glad to have the iPad back (as was my child), and although it cost around $150 dollars, it was better than having to replace the entire iPad because of a severely cracked screen.
