Diane snapped when I asked if they did walk ins (like it said online) and she started patronizing me about how to work a phone and kept going on and on. She told me she didn't have time to cut my hair and proceeded to sit for quite a while on her phone and giving me dirty looks. Perhaps she was having a bad day but I was genuinely shocked at the experience.
