HOWEVER, I will say that this is the first time from start to finish. I changed dentist due to my work and location so this past winter I was looking for a new dentist. I asked a co worker of mine and she recommended this dentist. I did my own research and decided to give it a whirl. The front office staff was great. And my hygienist was knowledgable, talked me through everything and even made a note in my chart about preferences much appreciated. Additionally, they do provide fluoride for their adult patients. This is crucial and I've been getting this ever since I've gone to the dentist. Meeting the dentist was great, she was personable and shared her advice with me about my concerns. She did not force me into any decisions and said it was my choice but she would air on the side of conservative treatment. Overall, it was a great experience and honestly I am not dreading my next appointment.

I have an illnesses which causes me to vomit frequently, sometimes with no warning. I had an episode while in the Martin Dentistry office some time ago. It's not as though they didn't know or hadn't seen it. However, after being late to an appointment which was rescheduled I was ridiculed. Call me silly but I didn't want to uncontrollably vomit all over the dentist or hygienist. Frankly, it's a health risk. I could've easily choked on my vomit during treatment. You can be the best dentist but with an unprofessional, patient facing staff you will eventually lose business. Side note, somehow the office suppressed my Google review. Now I consider them unreliable.

Every contact I had with the receptionists was amazing. They were very friendly and never made you feel like they were in a hurry and answered every question I had in a calm and enthusiastic manner. The best part of the experience was that Dr. Burns himself called me several hours later to check on me and see if I had any questions. That is great patient care!

I made an appointment for a consultation and my dental hygienists- Stephanie is the best, she makes me feel comfortable and Dr. David Taler is really nice and welcoming. I have a lot of work needed done on my teeth and they will be the ones completing my work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a dentist.

They refused to fix it. One of my family members recommended Advanced Family Dentistry. Not only was I told they were warm and courteous, but they also had late afternoon appointments available. I changed dentists post-haste. Dr. Arazi, Dr. Taler, and the employees who work at Advanced Family Dentistry are all consummate professionals. Their customer service is outstanding, and they seem to be extremely knowledgeable of their craft. Certainly, the plethora of certificates on the walls speak to this. I see them even though they are not in my dental insurance network. I may pay more, but I have peace of mind that I am in good hands. I just can't say enough good about them. I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Kurtis Langdon for a dental emergency. I cannot say enough…read morehow wonderful the staff was in getting me in quickly. I called in the morning one day and was seen within 2 hours which I really appreciated as the tooth was a great concern. When I went for the visit, Dr. Langdon was friendly and put me at ease as he explained what my xray revealed. I saw Dr. Langdon two days later (today) to have the crown placed on the tooth. He was caring, gentle and very attuned to my comfort. The dental chair had massage features. I was able to watch HGTV while the crown was prepared. It was very comfortable! As a senior citizen, I have been to many dentists in my life and Dr. Langdon ranks among the best if not the best! He made a crown right in HIS office without messy trays that I always dreaded. I arrived at 7:45 AM, I was out at 10AM. He has early hours 2 days a week to accommodate working people or anyone who wants their dental work done as soon as possible. The office staff of Genevive and Laura and the dental assistant, Kaitlyn, who helped Dr. Langdon with my crown were all very caring and made me feel appreciated. His office has a convenient parking lot. The office is clean, modern and very patient friendly. Dr. Langdon is a dentist I will be recommending to my family and friends, as he is extremely skilled and personable. Highly recommended!

They are very hard to get a hold of and dont answer their phone. I just called to tell the dentist about how I was treated by Katie and no one is picking up their phone. If you want to be laughed at, hung up on, and have an overall bad experience make sure to ask for Katie. They have really high turnover. I never have the same dental hygienist. Watch out they are also pushing Invisalign. I have perfectly straight teeth and was given a presentation about Invisalign last time I was there that really put me off. I felt like they were selling me stuff instead of caring about my medical concerns. It's a shame how downhill this place has gone. They say my name as well as hi as soon as I walk through the door. I never have to tell them who I am. I usually get brought back within 5 minutes of my arrival. I also decided to have Dr. Kimmel do my wisdom teeth removal here instead of going to a surgery center. He did a great job I had no dry sockets or any infection. They have probably made lots of money off my fam because we always have cavities!! Lol but it is a great family place we will continue to go to for years. The front desk, hygienists, and Dr. Kimmel remember you each time you come like they see you weekly.
