Our first experience at all star dental was wonderful! Very clean, welcoming and the office staff was great, even when we called they got us in right away. The back is awesome it looks like it goes on forever and it beautifully lit. The rooms are comfortable, chairs are new and very nice to sit in and they use covers for the head rest. I felt like the office was very well kept. Even the x-ray cover felt expensive and made me feel better protected. The Doctor was awesome she went through photo by photo of my teeth and showed me exactly where the issues are. Which was about 1/2 of what the previous dentist stated which was awesome and office me a three payment option which works out great for our family! They are funny and genuine and very knowledgeable. I learned a lot from my experience there like how they recognize the bite from those little blue slips they have you bite on and how your bite changes in relation to your position (laying down VS sitting up). I suggest to go see them right away if you are not completely happy with your dentist. Right now they are doing free initial visit so there's nothing to lose! We just had our exams and cleanings done last month but we switched anyway because of the chemical burns and office asking me to call my insurance to see if they got the resubmission (not my job). Glad to have found this place it's to the left of Kohl's on Northfield dr.

The Dr has a rather chilly chair side manner. I went January of 2020 for a cleaning and was diagnosed with a cavity. The pandemic happened so I delayed dental work. I just went to a new Dentist some family have been raving about, guess what I don't have a cavity that needs filled at all! So yeah, it wound be no stars if possible.
