Even though it's a 35 minute drive out of the way for me, I would 100% come again for future cleanings and dental needs.

Somehow, the appointment was changed to another date after my confirmation -- with no call, no explanation, and no notice. Impressive system. I drove nearly two hours in snowy weather and arrived on time, only to be told my appointment no longer existed that day. When I calmly showed proof and tried to explain, the staff's response was eye-rolling, visible impatience, and zero effort to help resolve an error that was not mine. I was left feeling dismissed, unwelcome, and frankly uncomfortable. I can't say why I was treated that way, but it's hard not to wonder whether appearance or background played a role when basic courtesy and professionalism disappear so quickly. When I asked for their names to document the incident, they refused and told me to leave. If accountability, communication, and respectful treatment matter to you, I'd suggest confirming things multiple times -- and maybe still prepare for surprises.

The hygienist is so informative, letting you know everything you need to know and gentle. Frequently checking on your comfort to adjust if needed. The Dentist is dope too. The technology is better to help with your comfort. I absolutely love this business. I fully recommend. After the cleaning was finished I proceeded to check out, and was told that I was "all set" and that I didn't have a balance due. This was great news to me, and made sense because I had a coupon from a previous visit that I was told would be applied to this visit as well. Unfortunately about a month later I received a bill in the mail for the visit, saying that I was 30 days past due, which was a nice surprise. When I called in to the office to ask about the bill, and inquire about the coupon I the woman I talked to was quite uninterested in explaining what was going on, was totally unhelpful, and was EXTREMELY rude, going so far as to cutting me off and hanging up on me. Although the service I received was great, I won't be going back to this dentist due to the shady billing practices, in addition to the rude office help. I would suggest others be wary about a dentist with shady billing practices. I would expect that kind of treatment at Walmart, but not at my dentist. I won't be going back.

Given that I was having some of the worst pain I have had in my life, I caved, and called Glendale Dental Associates at 2:10 pm, explained my situation and they told me they could see me at 3pm...as a new patient. (AWESOME). I got there and all of the front desk/admin staff were really nice and friendly, then got in back and the hygienist was really awesome and nice, and she was totally in tune with keeping my pain free...bringing me cold water (the only thing that made my tooth feel better, etc). Then Dr. Cho came to take a look at me, and he was a super nice and down to earth guy, he didn't lecture me on my history of not visiting the dentist very often, lack of flossing, etc. His main goal was getting me out of the writhing pain that I was in. He laid out the plan of attack with two options, explained both, and was actually able to extract my tooth with the plan of replacing it with an implant shortly after. The procedure was painless, and Dr. Cho did a great job...and again...the whole staff was super nice the whole time. I had a preconceived notion, that when I finally did have to go to the dentist, that they would lecture me about the state of my mouth, that it would be super painful, and it would be cold and impersonal....(I had experienced this in the past)....but this experience couldn't have been more opposite.

His office staff is welcoming and friendly. My hygienist (Michelle) took x-rays, cleaned my teeth, and provided some pointers for flossing in hard-to-reach areas. Dr. Horton concluded my visit with an oral examination and discussion of preventative maintenance. I was in-and-out in about an hour. Overall, I was highly satisfied with this experience.

The Doctor here is very calm, takes the time to explain the procedure being performed and the process of discussing cost is smooth and painless and very clear. The dentist was very skilled in that even for a tooth extraction there was adequate local anesthesia to the point where I did not feel a thing. The procedure went quickly, and without any inefficiencies. There were clear post operative instructions and the support staff including the assistant are both; knowledgeable, friendly, and very task and work focused. I will be returning for routine checks and visits, open on Saturdays for working folk; this is a great find.
