Somehow, the appointment was changed to another date after my confirmation -- with no call, no explanation, and no notice. Impressive system. I drove nearly two hours in snowy weather and arrived on time, only to be told my appointment no longer existed that day. When I calmly showed proof and tried to explain, the staff's response was eye-rolling, visible impatience, and zero effort to help resolve an error that was not mine. I was left feeling dismissed, unwelcome, and frankly uncomfortable. I can't say why I was treated that way, but it's hard not to wonder whether appearance or background played a role when basic courtesy and professionalism disappear so quickly. When I asked for their names to document the incident, they refused and told me to leave. If accountability, communication, and respectful treatment matter to you, I'd suggest confirming things multiple times -- and maybe still prepare for surprises.

I absolutely appreciated the phone call that someone canceled. Dr. Nam was extremely personable, with a relaxed but educational demeanor. As someone who isn't a fan of the density, I appreciated the offering of music or Netflix as a distraction method from the procedure. One thing that was different than my previous dentist is that Dr. Nam didn't do my actual filling. She administered the numbing agents and then another person came in, placed and set the filling, and then Dr. Nam checked this. In my other experiences, the dentist always did the full procedure, so this struck me as slightly odd. Other than that, office is clean, staff is friendly, and both appointments took me nearly on time (within a 5-10 minute window) which I think is pretty good!

After the cleaning was finished I proceeded to check out, and was told that I was "all set" and that I didn't have a balance due. This was great news to me, and made sense because I had a coupon from a previous visit that I was told would be applied to this visit as well. Unfortunately about a month later I received a bill in the mail for the visit, saying that I was 30 days past due, which was a nice surprise. When I called in to the office to ask about the bill, and inquire about the coupon I the woman I talked to was quite uninterested in explaining what was going on, was totally unhelpful, and was EXTREMELY rude, going so far as to cutting me off and hanging up on me. Although the service I received was great, I won't be going back to this dentist due to the shady billing practices, in addition to the rude office help. I would suggest others be wary about a dentist with shady billing practices. I would expect that kind of treatment at Walmart, but not at my dentist. I won't be going back.

His office staff is welcoming and friendly. My hygienist (Michelle) took x-rays, cleaned my teeth, and provided some pointers for flossing in hard-to-reach areas. The Doctor here is very calm, takes the time to explain the procedure being performed and the process of discussing cost is smooth and painless and very clear. The dentist was very skilled in that even for a tooth extraction there was adequate local anesthesia to the point where I did not feel a thing. There were clear post operative instructions and the support staff including the assistant are both; knowledgeable, friendly, and very task and work focused.
