I also had my teeth cleaned a few weeks ago and she was too rough as well. We've never had this kind of experience there and have been patients for 10 years. This needs to be addressed. I'm not sure if she's new or not. Another issue is we have 2 free cleanings a year which is every 6 months with our insurance. They have been scheduling us every 8-9 months which most times is only once a year. If he has so many patients maybe it's time to hire another dentist to work with him. We should be scheduled every 6 months. Maybe it's time to find another dentist.

I have been with Global Smiles Dental for over 4 years for my comprehensive dental care (cleanings, fillings, ortho) and the quality of care has clearly been exponentially declining. The wait times are considerably long, as I don't understand why I have to consistently wait 45 minutes or longer than my scheduled appointment time - and what set me over the edge was this: The office will cancel your appointments for you. I understand you have a lot of clients who complain about the $50 fee if they cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, but that is a very low fee compared to other practices. You do not need to CANCEL someone's appointment because they didn't confirm. Never in my life have I needed to confirm my appointment that I scheduled myself.
