I've been scheduled twice in the past 3 months for a cleaning and a tooth extraction and they have done neither! They claim things will take more time so they can't do it, like my cleaning in January. At that time I also scheduled a tooth extraction for March, did I receive that? No. I guess they take blood pressure now unbeknownst to me and couldn't give anesthesia because my blood pressure was "too high." I was given a referral to go somewhere else to get a root canal even though they have an Edodontist on site because I looked it up. They'll do all the x-rays in the world, but won't treat me. A complete waste of money. Just ridiculous. I'm sure they're happy I won't be returning and the feeling is mutual.

I'm not sure if she's new or not. Another issue is we have 2 free cleanings a year which is every 6 months with our insurance. They have been scheduling us every 8-9 months which most times is only once a year. If he has so many patients maybe it's time to hire another dentist to work with him. Later, I was left with a $900 bill when my insurance did not cover the treatment, despite being told the office would verify coverage beforehand. No cash discount or payment flexibility was offered, and when I raised concerns, the front desk staff showed little empathy or accountability. The wait times are considerably long, as I don't understand why I have to consistently wait 45 minutes or longer than my scheduled appointment time - and what set me over the edge was this: The office will cancel your appointments for you. I understand you have a lot of clients who complain about the $50 fee if they cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, but that is a very low fee compared to other practices. You do not need to CANCEL someone's appointment because they didn't confirm. Never in my life have I needed to confirm my appointment that I scheduled myself.

Throughout the whole procedure the dental assistant and the dentist repeatedly asked me how I was doing and if I needed a break. Besides the warmth and understanding this dentist has, they also have a wonderful and cozy waiting room, TVs on the ceilings of each rooms, and great front desk staff.
