I also had my teeth cleaned a few weeks ago and she was too rough as well. We've never had this kind of experience there and have been patients for 10 years. This needs to be addressed. I'm not sure if she's new or not. Another issue is we have 2 free cleanings a year which is every 6 months with our insurance. They have been scheduling us every 8-9 months which most times is only once a year. If he has so many patients maybe it's time to hire another dentist to work with him. We should be scheduled every 6 months. Maybe it's time to find another dentist.

I understand you have a lot of clients who complain about the $50 fee if they cancel/reschedule within 24 hours, but that is a very low fee compared to other practices.
