He needed to have…read morehis two bottom premolars out because they were baby teeth without adult teeth underneath, with roots too shallow to move. Well, that's what we heard two years ago anyway. I hated the idea of removing two teeth just to put posts and crowns in a teenager's mouth. So I let it go (hoping for a better idea?). But it was now past time for braces,so I bit the bullet--no pun intended. We made an appointment and got in within a couple of weeks. Their office has a good COVID protocol that allows very few people in at one time. We were ushered back to the exam room and went through a new patient questionnaire as well as an interview of sorts, and then the doctor came in to explain the procedure and answer any questions. The teeth had already started to fuse to his jaw bone a bit, making extraction more difficult and time consuming. My son was awake for the procedure and did very well, this for a kiddo with a relatively low pain threshold. I was called back into the room afterwards and again the doctor explained all that happened. We were given post-op instructions and checked out. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. Recovery went remarkably well. In fact, I was surprised just how quick it was. My son went from soft food back to his regular diet in just a couple days and didn't complain once of pain. I hope we don't need their services again. But if we ever do need oral surgery in the future, I would definitely go back.

I was referred to Doctor Matthew Davis for a tooth extraction, as this was my best option to solve my tooth issue. When I called the office, Danielle answered and was able to get me in the same day. I remember Danielle's name for the kindness and helpfulness she provided me during my call, especially knowing she scheduled me for the day of my call, and therefore I knew my pain would finally be gone. Simone (sp?) was Dr. Davis assistant. Simone was personable and knowledgeable which puts you at ease. When Dr. Davis entered the room, likewise Dr. Davis was personable, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job of educating me on my procedure. Numbing process was perfect as did not feel a thing during the numbing, and most importantly did not feel any pain during my tooth extraction. Watching and observing how Dr. Davis and his assistants work together was such a perfect display of teamwork. I commented immediately after my tooth was extracted, the team is like a well-oiled machine. No pain during or after the procedure. I commented to my wife, best day ever when I got home. I have told all my friends and family about my experience with Dr. Davis and his team this week, as once again, this was my best experience start to finish (and all in one day) of a dental experience. We went in thinking we would only get a consultation and to our surprise they looked at the tooth, took an extra, explained in detail what was going on in my daughter's mouth and set her up to have that painful tooth extracted that day. I think the whole ordeal last less then 3 hours from our time there to the time we left. I loved how detailed their explanation was. The doctor was excellent and so was the dental hygienist that worked with him...she was excellent. I would love to go back to them to get the rest of her wisdom teeth extracted but the new dentist wouldn't give us a referral.

It's not as though they didn't know or hadn't seen it. However, after being late to an appointment which was rescheduled I was ridiculed. Call me silly but I didn't want to uncontrollably vomit all over the dentist or hygienist. Frankly, it's a health risk. I could've easily choked on my vomit during treatment. You can be the best dentist but with an unprofessional, patient facing staff you will eventually lose business. Side note, somehow the office suppressed my Google review. And my hygienist was knowledgable, talked me through everything and even made a note in my chart about preferences much appreciated. Additionally, they do provide fluoride for their adult patients. This is crucial and I've been getting this ever since I've gone to the dentist. Meeting the dentist was great, she was personable and shared her advice with me about my concerns. She did not force me into any decisions and said it was my choice but she would air on the side of conservative treatment. I called in the morning one day and was seen within 2 hours which I really appreciated as the tooth was a great concern. When I went for the visit, Dr. Langdon was friendly and put me at ease as he explained what my xray revealed. I saw Dr. Langdon two days later (today) to have the crown placed on the tooth. He was caring, gentle and very attuned to my comfort. The dental chair had massage features. I was able to watch HGTV while the crown was prepared. It was very comfortable! As a senior citizen, I have been to many dentists in my life and Dr. Langdon ranks among the best if not the best! He made a crown right in HIS office without messy trays that I always dreaded. I arrived at 7:45 AM, I was out at 10AM. He has early hours 2 days a week to accommodate working people or anyone who wants their dental work done as soon as possible.
