Spacious off leash dog park with ample parking and lots of room for playing and running. Can be muddy after rain, but that's typical of most parks! There is also lots of parking right outside the park which is so convenient. Make sure to bring your own poop bags! read more

0 stars First time I went both of my dogs got a serious virus. Second time I went a dog tried to maul my son. Without my son going near him or provoking him in any way. Owner said, after the fact, "oh he doesn't like kids". Not a single person tried to help us while my husband and I were trying to hold our son up and the dog kept jumping at him. Not to give a bad name to the breed but it was a pitbull. Never going back there again, although it's a nice field. read more

Biggest dog park that doesn't require a leash in the state - all fenced in! Big and small dogs alike so I would strongly recommend! My only suggestion would be to have a few (at least one) barrel to put all the poop bags. There had a few barrels before COVID but since they reopened someone keeps removing them. read more

This is a hidden gem for dogs. A very large, open area, where dogs can run and play. Around the perimeter of the park is a worn path from where dogs and their people walk/run. Inside of this is a huge grassy hill, perfect for dog to frolic, play fetch, wrestle, or roll around in. At the entrance (there are two- one just a fence entry and one a double door entry which is very useful, and safer for many dogs) there are usually a variety of water bowls around. *Bring your own water, as there is no water source! At the bottom of the hill, is a nice shady area with a picnic table to sit at. This is often a gathering area for dogs and their people on warmer days. As a general rule, the dog and people are friendly and well mannered. On occasion there is a dog or owner who isn't pleasant, but the park is large enough that it is possible to avoid them. There are no posted rules to the park, except that owners must clean up and remove their dog's waste from the park (there are no garbage bins!). Most owners follow common dog park etiquette, ie, no food, no treats, no smoking, and no small children. But some don't, and with no posted rules, this occasionally leads to conflict. Overall, a great place for dogs of all sizes to get some energy out, and for owners to get some exercise, too! read more

My dogs love it here and I feel totally comfortable leaving my dog to go off on his own and roam free which is great for exercise! One thing I will say is that he did pick up kennel cough there about a month ago even though he has the vaccine and gave it to my other dog at home as well which sucked! But that's something you have to expect in public places like this. Overall, great park! read more

Loved it when it was opened my dog could run free n happy damn virus ruined everyone's lives

This Park is for the Dogs! - (That's a good thing!) Lot's of room to run. We had our 1st time there today (4/6/19) and thought with the great weather there would be no room to move. Boy, is this place huge! The folks we ran into were all friendly. The Dogs were all being dogs. You must expect the occasional growl and ruff bark. We have two Newfoundlands and a St. Bernard Puppy. One Newfy is elderly and was content to set there and be petted while all the other pups ran around. I recorded 3+ miles of walking while keeping and eye on the St. Bernard, she likely ran 6+ miles herself! Tips - Bring your own poop bags and water jug with the idea of sharing. There were a number of water dishes around. As always, make sure you pet is well behaved, up to date with its shots and licensed. Enjoy! read more

Such a great dog park!! It's probably the largest dog park over ever seen. Several acres of fenced in land that was well manicured when we visited. Lots of friendly dogs and nice owners. read more

Bodhi has the best time. It was our first time here. Loved the amount of land for Bodhi to run around. Other dog owners were great and responsible for their dogs. There's shade under some trees when it's super hot and sunny. We are definitely making this our go to dog park! read more

I don't have a dog so I guess this review is a little unwarranted, but I want people to know what a great park this is! I drive by often and there's always at least one doggy running around (weather permitting). I dogsit sometimes and if the dogs are animal and people friendly, I always bring them to the park! It's very spacious and fenced so if you have a hyper dog but not a fenced backyard, welcome to paradise! Even if your dog doesn't like to run, there's plenty of space for them to sniff around or just enjoy the nice weather. Some dogs aren't good off the leash and there's a path around the edge from where they walk their dogs around inside the fence. The people and dogs there are very nice, though there's always the unlucky circumstance where you meet a grumpy owner. They recently added some nice benches and there's a big tree in the corner to offer some shade on a sunny day. Make sure you bring your own water and poop bags. Though I'm sure if you happen to forget, someone there will be happy to help you out! Also there aren't any street lights or anything so if it's getting dark bring a flashlight or wait until the next day. read more

Our dog loves it here and so do we! Like any dog park you'll have some dogs that need better socialization and plenty of inattentive or irresponsible dog owners. The place is huge. Tons of space for dogs to run and play, or just walk the perimeter with your pup. The grass is mowed every once in a while and there are a few different seating areas and some shade in one corner. Some people need to grow up and clean up after their dogs, and some basic repairs and improvements take a while to happen, but overall it's the best dog park around. read more

My dogs have never been happier! So much space for everyone, my playful pup ran off with other dogs and my more shy guy stayed by my side with no problems. Everyone is friendly and well mannered. Can't wait to come back and make some more memories! read more

AWESOME PARK. recently moved to the area from NYC. When we were in NYC I would take my dog Charlie to Central Park every night to run around and play. When I moved here I first went to Franklin Dog park. It was a nice park but not nearly large enough for him to get a good run in (Charlie is a Great Dane). This place is huge! also great if you want to go on a run and run around the park while your dog plays with other dogs. Tips - bring your own water, they have bowls but you need water. Also bring your own pop bags ax they don't have any. One last tip - They don't have lights so make sure you go when its light outside, especially if its your first time you will never find it. Use the address on the page and you will find the park with no problem, just trust your GPS because you will think you have passed it as there are places 1/2 mile earlier that look like a dog park. read more

I love to take my dog to this park. They have a much larger space than most dog parks in the area. I am happy to travel a bit further to give my dog the extra room to play. The people that come here are pretty responsible and the dogs are friendly. As will all animals, there can be some back and forth on occasion but nothing major. The owners are friendly and happy to chat while hanging out. The park is on a decent sized hill so you can lose sight of your dog if they're out exploring the area at the top of the hill. It does however make for a nice exercise if you want to do a few laps around the park. Make sure you bring your own water and plenty of it. There are no water sources and the dogs will all drink from whatever dish they get to first, so make sure you have enough water for your dog and those that will inevitably sneak a few sips too. read more

A lot of the owners need to be more aware and keep tract of their dog since the hill Is going to decrease the view. They will get into trouble and that will only be your fault. Not sure if it's the best spot for a dog park, it's bit but a huge hill. I'm not sure if I'd put a huge dog area like that. Glad I don't have to go their again. comments -good space -fencing -table to sit - walking path -Benches comments -fence could be updated -entrance could be 100x better -exit needs two gates to insure dogs won't get out. read more

I take my dog to one of two dog parks. If I'm not feeling the drive I'll stay close to home, otherwise I will drive twice as far to come to this park. It's definitely worth it. The enclosed area is really large and allows owners to get a little walk or jog in while their dog plays. I usually walk a couple laps around the area with my dog, stopping each lap to rest in the shady area and get a drink. Only draw back is there is no replenishing water source. Make sure you bring enough water because all of the dogs will share and there are no taps or spigots to refill. The side gate is also a bit rickety and some dogs have been known to make a break for it. Always double check the gate if your dog happens to be playing near it, especially if they're like mine and would head for the hills if they got the chance. The owners that come here seem pretty responsible for the most part, I very rarely hear of any trouble. Also, make sure you bring poop bags as the community supply is usually empty - this should not be an excuse to leave your dog's mess for someone else. read more

This is the cutest shit ever bring your dog bring your friends omfg. Seriously I get the pleasure of seeing this place on a daily basis on driving by on the way to work and it makes my day seeing the happy cute puppers and their furry frans having a grand time in their safe fenced in area read more

Great park for dogs and people wanting to do a little exercise. Most people are responsible enough to pick up after their dogs but beware of the stray "land mines" here and there. Also, as you walk, be aware of the holes that dogs may have dug up. They range in size and can cause a twisted or broken ankle to those not looking where they walk. Bring your own bags for poop but park supplies a few garbage cans that are picked up by a local business. At the time of this review, this business is Tail Blazers University. Thanks TBU. read more

First time there and loved it. Friendly owners, puppies, fairly clean and large enough for my two dogs to run around.

This dog park is great and very well maintained. In the smaller dog parks my girl was timid and wouldn't play with other dogs. I think she felt too confined. This is a giant field that we can walk around together and there are usually dogs of all sizes there to play with. It's been great for her socialization with other dogs but also people. The people that go there are very nice and mostly seem to love all dogs too. There are plenty of water bowls that you can fill with your own water. There are trash cans for dog waste. read more

This is a great place to bring you dog to run, play and meet other doggie friends. It is nicely maintained and virtually no poop around. It's also a nice culture that has form of owners walking the track. This keeps the dogs moving and reducing territories, also healthy for the humans too. Would love to come here again! read more

Friendly people and dogs. Great space, but the driveway area is full of potholes, so just be aware.

Nice large open field! Plenty of space for dog play, walking path around whole field for owners. Nice dog owners. Nice dogs. Trash cans for poop. BYO water, few dog bowls around. Highly recommend it! read more

I think people who write the reviews that this a great place to take the dog have not been around much. True it's big enough for dogs to run around and have a good time in. The problem is the terrain is very uneven and the path surrounding it especially from the main gate down to the shade tree and picnic tables is very rutted from tire tracks . Combine that with walking downhill and you're very likely to fall , sprain an ankle or break a leg. I can attest to the sprained ankle part. I was on my face in the dirt 1 minute after walking in. The dirt bike track next to the park is loud with constantly revving bikes. They were spooking my dog upon getting out of the car. All in all , it is not a relaxing atmosphere to take your dog. There are much nicer maintained and relaxing places to take your dog(s), like the dog park in Sharon. Very quiet wooded surroundings there. read more

I give this dog park five stars because I drive by it several times a day and love to see the dogs smiling and so happy to be there playing. It makes my day. read more

Great, open area for dogs to run and play! Awesome place to work on off-leash training.

This dog park is huge...nearly five acres of property for the dogs to run and play! People and dogs are very friendly. There are a couple of benches and a large picnic table for owners to sit and relax/socialize. Good double gate at the entrance for extra safety. No water source or poop bags, though, so be sure to bring your own. read more
