The dealership quoted me a little over $1,000 for the fix. I decided to file a claim with GEICO, and they recommended one of their approved mechanics, Caliber Collision, which was the closest to me. I'm so glad they did. Caliber's quote was less than half the dealership's price (and under deductible) and included OEM parts. The service was incredibly efficient. They inspected the car immediately, the parts arrived the very next morning, and the repair was completed promptly. Randy in the office provided some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. He was fantastic from the start, explaining everything in detail, answering all my questions, and ensuring the entire process was seamless. Highly recommended!

I spoke with Randy Davis a Service Advisor. I then went on to ask him about my scratched up paint (there is a lot of scratches) on the sides of my car. He tried to rub a couple of them out to no avail. He suggested I take my car to someone that details cars and they could probably get the scratches out which would be cheaper than having the whole car repainted. I attempted this....and found that system failing....unable to ask pointed questions. Ultimately, 12 Volt just did not return my emailed questions. I wanted to utilize their services....as they are highly rated. Had to move on...... Twelve Volt should reconsider their method of customer service and communication.
