I recently acquired a 2005 Lincoln Town Car from my family. I had my brother take it to a good, honest mechanic he knew. It went to WOW Automotive 2560 Main St, Ramona, CA 92065 The car needed to be looked over as it had been sitting for over a year. When I arrived from Northern CA my brother showed me the list and inspection report including a smog. It was very detailed including new tires, oil, sensor, battery, full inspection, and other items. I looked over everything they did on the car and it had been done! I had one minor issue so I stopped by the shop where I was greeted by 2 employees and the owner. The shop was very clean and laid out nicely. They obviously took great pride in this shop. They were very friendly and immediately took my car in and put it on the rack. The owner showed me my concern (was listed in the inspection) and I felt the interaction was very positive and nothing that needed to be addressed immediately. The car runs excellent and I felt that WOW is a very honest, trustworthy, and transparent shop. To find a shop like this is very hard, based on my past experiences with dealerships (I can tell you stories where I get charged $65 to replace a cabin filter-which was never done). Professional and knowledgeable staff. Nolan at the front desk is very accommodating and well spoken. He helped me understand anything I had a question about. I have taken my Buick Le sabre, mazda 3, gmc yukon,f-350 and a couple other vehicles to them for maintenance, or bigger jobs like getting a transmission replaced. The experience was professional and the work was always done right the first time. They take pictures of the vehicle parts they inspect or videos to show you! Thats a new one for me. They are not more expensive either. I get less quality for more money at a few places in town. T have set a new bar for me. I will be going back to WOW for as long as I live here. I came to WOW many years ago , I was referred to them by Discount Tire for an Alignment, my Jeep had been riding funny and I had asked at least 3 other shops what was wrong and they said nothing- sure it isn't you? After WOW test drove my car, he said it isn't riding right, something is wrong. It took only a short time to diagnose that both my trailing arms were broken/ severed. They fixed it quickly and at a fair price. We have been loyal WOW customers ever since. Once you have a shop you can trust, there is no reason to go anywhere else. Second time going to this shop! The first time, we got new brakes, oil change, and a few other things for my husband's car. Just took the truck in today for rear brakes. Unfortunately, we also needed new rotors. Knowing Nolan and his team are honest, reliable, and great at their jobs, we had no problem going with their recommendations. Truck was taken in at 9am and done by 3pm. Not only is their work clean, but they also keep their shop in tip-top shape! We took my husband truck in to get fixed. He needed a new drive shaft, skid plate, transmission plate, fluids replaced and other work done on it. Nolan really helped us out and was there for us whenever we called even if it was after hours he still would answer my call. I have never had such help with vehicles as much as he took his time and helped me go through our insurance and helped stay on top of things when they didn't respond quickly or they were changing plans on us. I highly recommend coming here for your vehicle they will not disappoint you. They made sure that they had my husbands truck done in two days because he needed it for work. Nolan took our feelings and understood we needed his truck for work in consideration and didn't keep it for long and made sure things were done and working properly and back to us! Quick with my alignment on my cars aftermarket suspension, vehicle road much better afterwards.
