Shawn took my call when I first called the shop, and gave me some knowledge on the code I was having before I even brought it in. They worked so hard during the diagnostic for this car, and their complimentary full point inspection has seriously saved me. They found an oil leak and coolant leak that was not disclosed upon purchasing, and did an extended, cold-morning test drive to double check a few things. Their exhaustive inspection and work to find the source of the leaks is so invaluable to me. One of the best parts of this place (along with the wonderful people that work there and their adorable office dogs) is their online customer portal that they update in real time as they work on their vehicle. I was able to remotely approve and deny suggested repairs all online, could even chat with Shawn our service advisor, AND they take extensive photos and attach them to anything they advise to be worked on. I have been so put through the wringer at other mechanics once they talk to me and realize I'm a woman and I genuinely felt so at ease working with them here. I was laid off and don't have the money to work on some repairs, but Shawn said to come in whenever and we can work on making a timeline of repairs so I can visualize it and we can start knocking things out here and there where I can afford it.
