Barely a week later it rained and lo and behold, water was still flowing into the units. Another contractor came out to work on a related issue and pointed out all the places they left untouched They provided a warranty for their work. I've called the past 2-3 months and they kept on saying they'll make it back, give a date and a time and just decide not to show up and don't even call to cancel. I'd reach back out to them and they'd do the exact same thing until I had it. Save yourself the headache, waste of time and money and go with a professional contractor who knows what they're doing or you'll be greatly disappointed. I say appear on the first claim because the grout they used is not holding and I have areas in the floor that a couple of months the grout is cracking and coming out. On the second repair - it has been almost a year and after providing a 50% down payment the work has still not been completed. The workers cut corners and wanted to charge me additional for painting rooms that were included in the claim. They left a majority of my furniture in the garage and wall fixture's off. When the baseboard was broken and asked to be replaced they tried to fix it instead of filing a supplemental claim with the insurance company. When I no longer could afford time away from work and asked to correct the issues from the first claim (grout) I was ghosted. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you are paying out of pocket and are ok with shortcuts!!!

Our appointment was at 8:30 AM!! I was blown away. She never once bothered knocking on our door, my husband and I were both up. I called her at 8:34 AM and asked her if she really left - she said yes in her nastiest voice. I bought my building 2 years ago, and had tons of contractors and vendors come out to do some work for me and I have never experienced this level of customer service. He took the time to listen to my needs and my ideas, made good suggestions, and provided me with a written estimate. Mark completed the job on time and within my budget. In addition to changing the tiles and fixtures, he replaced the tub with a walk-in shower, installed a taller toilet, added grab bars and widened the doorway to accommodate a walker or wheelchair.
