He took the time to listen to my needs and my ideas, made good suggestions, and provided me with a written estimate. Mark completed the job on time and within my budget. In addition to changing the tiles and fixtures, he replaced the tub with a walk-in shower, installed a taller toilet, added grab bars and widened the doorway to accommodate a walker or wheelchair. Over the years, Mark and Green Power Works has basically rebuilt our condo. Starting with replacing our downstairs floor with tile to gutting our master bathroom to giving our kitchen a major facelift, Mark and his team are excellent craftsmen who leave the place immaculate. The recent woodwork we had done has completely transformed our home. Never did I think I would be over-the-moon about a stair bannister but I am. These guys know there stuff. I had a lot of damage to my basement and needed all of my floorboards replaced. They knocked it out in a day. The work was accurate and they left the place cleaner than they found it. The pricing wasn't the cheapest bid, but certainly not the most expensive. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. I've since had them out to work on some other project requiring drywall replacement, electrical repairs and was not disappointed. We could not have been more pleased to have Green Power Works visit our home. We had a long list of carpentry and plumbing repairs to needed to be performed in our condominium and we contacted Mark, Green Power Works' vice president, for an estimate. Mark answered his own phone, promptly returned our call and showed up for the estimate at the agreed-upon time. We learned that once we met Mark and received his estimate that he would not waste our time, and more importantly, our money. Mark and his team are phenomenal! I've hired Mark to remodel my master bath, he has done a water remediation and remodel, tiled a condo floor, and numerous small jobs. Mark at Green Power Works is an absolute pleasure to work with. He installed a brand new kitchen and bathroom in my previous condo and the work was wonderful. mark came out to estimate a few jobs in my condo. he was very pleasant, here exactly on time. he assessed the situation and gave me some possible solutions. i went with his suggestions and we made an appointment to do the work. he was here very punctually, he did two of the items we outlined. while there, he determined that he could not fix my shower door handles as they needed a replacement part. he said he would call his shower guy to get the part and let me know. he also recommended a tuckpointer to look deeper into a leak that he caulked. he carefully and clearly explained his analysis of what looks like a bigger problem. when it cam time to pay him, he felt bad about not being able to fix the shower doors, so he only charged me about half of the estimate. very nice! i would use mark again for anything that he is willing to do. read more

My relationship with Green Power Works started with a repeatedly flooding basement. We had two contractors look at our problem each saying different things but both having very expensive solutions. Mark Rzucidlo and the company Green Power Works Inc. have performed major restoration work at our condo building over a two-year period on wood (pine, oak and veneer) and concrete...he and the staff: 1) stripped, stained and re-varnished the outside doorways, trim and homeowner's doors for the entire 48 unit bldg with exterior entrances; 2) stripped and re-painted all garage doors, exit doors and trim; and 3) ground out existing cracks, filling with epoxy-based filler and repainting the walkways for a 5-story bldg. Mark also took up old linoleum in the kitchen and hallway of one homeowner's unit and replaced it with tile. Mark is very professional, punctual, knowledgeable and really nice, always interested in revitalizing and also offers solutions for both residential and commercial energy-savings, including solar panels.
